This company has NUMEROUS times over the past 6 months, called my home and keeps asking for someone named «India». Each time I have told them they have the wrong number and each time the representative has been extremely rude yelling at me, laughing at me, telling them I’m wasting THEIR time when they keep calling ME. I got yet another call from them again and a nasty little girl was very rude telling me «I don’t have a husband», «I make more money than you», «Your husband is cheating on you». Etc. I have numerous times asked to speak with a supervisor and then someone else gets on the phone and does the same thing. They kept hanging up on me, thinking it’s a joke. Had to keep calling them back to finally speak with someone in charge who states «they have 16 year olds working there» go figure. However, this person was also extremely rude and kept saying «ma’am, this call is being recorded». GOOD!!! I told them again that if they continue to call my house and harass me, I will be calling the National Do Not Call List to file a complaint, which is what I have done. FYI, they are investigating and I am able to press Federal Charges against this company. If they call me again, this is exactly what is going to happen. This company claims to represent Amazon which if that is true, I will never again do business with Amazon. I don’t know who they are or what they do. Seems to be a fly by night telemarketing company ran by children. If they call you, hang up. They harass and harass my family. And if this is indeed a real company, do not do business with them!!! This is just an example of what type of treatment you will get from them.
