Jay R.

Business Owner

Jay Jolley is a principal of K&I Architects and Interiors. Under his leadership, K&I has grown from its modest beginning in 2001 as a 5-​person shop to a thriving enterprise, capable of handling virtually all aspects of client projects. Today, the firm has hundreds of projects throughout the Southwest to its credit and is registered in 17 states.

Growing up Jay was involved in the construction field, as his father was a General Contractor. This hands on knowledge gives him the understanding of construction that is required to be a great architect.

Jay oversees the tenant improvement, exterior renovation and condo divisions at K&I Architects and Interiors. With over 12 years of experience he is capable of tackling any type of project no matter how large or complex. Jay also handles the financial and business aspects of the firm.
