Kwik Towing & Impounds

I’m so frustrated at qwik tow. I just had a tow truck pick up my moving van from Oakridge apartments while I’m in the middle of moving. I’m parked in a designated moving area verified by the apartments yet still had to pay cash to get the driver to unhook his truck. What kind of business does this?

The absolute worst company. Dispatchers are rude and incompetent. Horrible customer service. The manager, Tara, told me today that I should not be surprised at the time it took them to tow a vehicle (by the way, they never even showed or called) because «if I knew anything about the towing industry, I would know that they are all flakes.» DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

You tow someone’s car from their assigned spot at their apt complex the day before Thanksgiving, one week before they are moving out of state, and before they plan to get registration filed for the new state of residence. Karma comes back around. Never would I stoop so low to work for such a place.

Someone from George and dragon had my car towed! I was parked second spot from the street in front of the clever koi sign two spots down from the George and dragon parking sign and the a-​holes had my car towed to 7^th ave and happy valley #georgeanddragonsucks

Horrible customer service… also check your vehicle… these dishonest creeps are thieves. Tow my vehicle fine, I’ll pay to have it picked up, but to enter my vehicle and remove my personal belongings crosses the line from being a business to a bunch of criminals, I’m not gonna say exactly what was stolen as there is a police report in process but it was high value, I spoke with the owner of company who stated we get complaints like this all the time (yeah, no crap when you employ thieves you get complaints of theft) I showed him signs that someone was in vehicle and he walked away from me. a real p.o.s …beware of this company and its felonious drivers, they will rob you in more ways than one… shady tow drivers have nothing better to do after towing a vehicle than to go through the vehicle for some extra money to feed the rest of their trailer park family members or their meth addiction. Karma is real, alive and well. Let’s help expose this scum company so others don’t have to go through this. Thank you for taking time to read this review, I hope it was informative.

Incredibly rude people. Horrible company. They need to learn a thing or two about customer service and being a human being

My apartment complex goes through this company to tow cars that wrongly park in your space. Which I think is great! But when you request them to tow a car they literally never show up, and they are so rude an uncaring on the phone, who knows if they are even listening?
I’ve called for their service around 7 times and they have only shown up 3 times and one of those times the tow truck driver couldn’t even tow the car in my space. -.-
This place is a joke.
I’ve called them tonight and that was 2 ½ hours ago, doubt they’re coming.

Nobody likes for their car to be towed but it’s their job & I understand that. When I called to ask who authorized the tow (as from my perspective, the car was parked in the spot NEXT to the «tow zone» sign). Scott told me that that «is confidential information». He was free to tell me that Kwik Tow has a contract with the apt complex but couldn’t tell me who authorized the tow? We’re now paying over $ 100 to get the vehicle that was towed over 20 miles away (why was it taken 20miles away? I’m not sure since Kwik Tow has closer locations to the apt the car was taken from). We requested proof/​a photo of the car parked illegally but they said they don’t have any. I have no problem admitting fault. But if we’re wrong, please teach/​show me how so we avoid this problem in the future. But from the experience Kwik Tow has no leg to stand on & has been unwilling to help find a resolve. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & plenty of ATTITUDE from Scott (if he provided his real name). When I asked him questions it wasn’t to complain to him, he was doing his job, it was to confront the person who had the car towed. Just because you end the conversation with a snarky tone & say «have a nice day» doesn’t mean you were «kind» Scott. Inside, Jennifer said she DOES have pictures but won’t provide them because they are «Kwik Tow’s property». Cool! You took pictures of MY property with MY personal information (license plate) that I did NOT authorize — if Kwik Tow did nothing wrong, why do they have a problem proving that? Another great comment from Jennifer, «I didn’t charge you what I could have». Gee, thanks Jennifer. Was that because you know we weren’t wrong & you feel guilty about the shady business you run?
P. S. With all the money you get from people, you can afford better signage for your company.

Unbelievably rude on the phone. I picked up my car after it was towed from a complex, then called the main hotline because the woman at the location office couldn’t give me any documentation about where my car was towed from. I’m sure I didn’t sound super happy but I wasn’t rude on the phone because I didn’t blame the towing company for the situation at all. The only thing I wanted from them was a piece of paper with the address of where I got towed from. At this point I had already paid for and picked up my car without arguing with anyone.
I was transferred to a man who was confrontational and mean pretty much right away. He refused to tell me how to get the information and went around in circles for a few minutes before telling me the apartment complex has that info. Fine, why wouldn’t he just tell me that in the first place instead of being so hostile? Then, instead of being done, he angrily told me I was wasting his time and repeatedly demanded I tell him why I wanted this info even though I made it clear I wasn’t looking for any reimbursement or admittance of fault from Kiwiktow. Pretty quickly I got so frustrated I hung up.
I know nobody chooses who tows them in a situation like this so but I wanted to say something about how ridiculously rude this man was and honestly I think it was kind of shady how bad he wanted to know something that was none of his business, especially since I bet they tow a lot of cars from that complex.

Even though the situation was less then favorable, Chase went above and beyond to help make the situation amazing for us!!! So sweet, and understanding he truly made this not favorable time great! As an employer you should feel blessed to have such a hardworking, passionate, customer service driven young man!

Kwik tow orange stickered my car because my tags were stolen and I was unaware. To park in the amazing covered parking you must pass the inspection of Tow Nazi’s. We do not even have assigned parking. we have irregular shaped spots and three are blocked by a massive storage unit that has been in the road for months now. I was not aware. My mail is jacked up because the apartment I live in used to be the office. The USPS needs a reminder every few months I do exist and reside where my mall claims. I had not received my debit card at home and it is was sent directly to the bank after many repeated requests. Well guess what to get my debit card sent to the bank my mailing and billing address changed. This caused my debit card to decline for my new tags because I had no idea my address changed. So I move my car out to the street on public property or of the reach of KwikTow. In the meantime I get a note from good Samaritan that the police made a note of my tag. I can only speculate but for a cop to get out of his car to look at a specific license plate that was parallel parked between two cars he was told something. Maybe something by a company that makes money preying on minor traffic violations with impounds. Seeing the other review I feel for this person and believe every word and how then the best. KwikTow I will push my car 300 miles before calling you. You are garbage.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! I am in process of taking legal action against this company. There main website makes it look like they are a legit company with nice car lots but they literally have trailers on dirt lots in the ghetto fenced in barbed wire with no doors and shady looking people who work there. They illegally towed my vehicle in the middle of the night because my car was parked backed in at the apartment complex where I live! They basically stole my car! They claim I was in «violation» of my community parking rules at the apartment complex where I live. I was in fact NOT in «violation» and in my lease there is nothing that states residents are subject to be towed based on these violations. When I told this to the Kwik tow trailer trash who was on the phone with me he stated «they could tow my car anytime they want for any reason». We all know that is not true. Of course management where I lived to call to apologize and refunded the $ 120 it cost to get my car out. This company needs to be stopped they are scamming people left and right. If you ever have any issues with this company Kwik Tow file a complaint with the BBB under Kwik towing and impounds.
