HORRIBLE!!! WORST PLACE EVER. The eye lashes are cheap and fell off within 2 weeks. Al-​eisha is a bitter and hateful human being who should NOT be in the customer service field. She would be better served as a prison guard, as she lacks any emotional depth and was extremely abusive! RUN RUN RUN

She has 2 Unilocal read both all negative reviews STAY AWAY FROM THIS place, she does terrible quality clumpy lashes that destroy your natural lashes, uses the cheapest quality products available, pretends to know what she is doing, at the Same time as my eyelash apt I wanted my $ 500 (just for the hair) ext removed and redone, she destroyed my hair and my extensions, she cut them behind me so I couldn’t see what she was doing, she put a full head of keratin tip ext in that FELL OUT THE NEXT DAY ! All of them. Anyone who knows about these type of ext knows that this is crazy, she already had my credit card info for
The lash service and charged me another 450 $ to destroy my hair, chunks were broken and destroyed, Aiesha response when I asked her to refund my $ or at least replace the $ 500 hair she ruined, her response was when you left my salon you had extensions so my job was done. No refund it took me 7 hours to do your hair and I will not give a refund (keep in mind I was only there for the hair part for about 4 hours in rich she took about 7 cigarette breaks and a visit from her boyfriend who brought her a «blunt «to smoke to help her relax because she was having a hard time w my hair WTF!!! She went on and on about how she was trained and skilled in this new bonding technology when she clearly didn’t even know how to use the tool. She was rude and belligerent and completely unprofessional, anyone can rent a spot throw a chair and a mirror up and pretend they know what there doing. Do your research. Hopefully people will see all the horrible reviews she has gotten and learn from our suffering. She is a terrible business person. I to own my own business and it’s always worth it to make the customer happy to keep a good reputation and word of mouth, she Obviously has no concern of her clients. SHADY SHADY SHADY — and her lashes are NOT mink, there cheap plastic and her glue is disgusting. Thank god I now have a real professional to do my lashes. Hopefully help will allow me to post pics for you guys to see the damage and her so called work :(she uses my picture on her fb without my permission. Im leaving town tomorrow & was very excited to see a groupin for eyelash extensions; 30 min drive away from me but I figured it was worth it. I purchased the $ 29 groupon for full eyelash extensions; made an appointment a couple days away (due to a cancelation). I Showed up ready (no eye makeup/​eye cream), the lady on the phone stressed it, saying she turns people away daily because she watches them take makeup off in their car from the window in the front if the building. I walked into a ghost town, looked like a salon yet no one was there besides the unfriendly lady at the reception desk who coldly greater me; whom I found out was the person doing my eyelash extensions (no one else was there. At all). I fill out the form & hand it to her, she asks if I’ve had eyelash extensions prior. I say yes plenty times! Then she says I can’t put them on you, you checked that you have allergies to adhesive. I say yes to surgical tape. Then she refuses to do my eyelash extensions saying just because I checked that and she saw it I can sue her. Even though I just filled out a form saying that she’s not liable if my eyes get irritated or something goes wrong. –_​– I offer to cross it out or explain on paper or fill out another form. She refuses and basically tells me to hit the road.
I’m livid, I woke up earlier then usual, skipped breakfast with my family, rushed my kid to daycare (way earlier then usual) and drove 30 min to be so rudely turned away! Luckily groupon refunded my funds and apologized for the inconvenience …
I would not recommend this place not only because of the rude employee but getting eyelash extensions should be in a tranquil and comforting environment & this place is anything but that. I’m now looking at this situation as a positive, maybe it’s best I didn’t get eyelash extensions from LeToyes.
