Butch began his career with Southwest Forest Industries, a large paper manufacturer, working as a paper inspector and quality control supervisor. From there he went on to hold a variety of positions from prepress supervisor to plant manager for a variety of local printing companies, learning every aspect of the printing business. In 1977 he opened Lithotech as a small commercial printer and engraver, continually growing the company with his sound fiscal and business practices.
