History

Established in 2003.

After having worked for an eyeglass repair competitor in Houston, TX, Manny and his family moved to AZ to make a fresh start. He enjoyed repairing glasses, and had developed many skills over the years, but didn’t like charging the high fees his previous employer charged, and had a strong desire to be in business for himself; so he created M&M Mobile Eyeglass Repair. The «M&M» was chosen for a way to do easy, creative marketing.

Then, in 2005, Manny met Matthew working at a private optical in the Sun City, AZ area, just as Matthew was preparing to go into business on his own running a mobile optical shop. Manny and Matthew, ironically forming the M&M, decided to team up and offer expanded services to the valley. By remaining mobile, they have been able to keep their prices low and their level of service high, and both enjoy being able to help eyeglass wearers in their time of need by offering quick and convenient repairs around the metro area.
