Sold me a car that was ready to blow up. Land Rover 2008, nice car but should have taken an experienced mechanic with me. I would not have bought it then, saved myself a lot of money, but am still here making monthly payments with no car. None of the mechanics at magic auto are certified. The first day I got the car it said «low coolant,» the associate at Magic auto assured me the coolant was fine and the message would go away. After the message stayed there the entire weekend I sent the vehicle back; where they would address that issue and also the sunroof that was would not shut. After «fixing» my vehicle, the sun roof won’t open now, but that was the least of my worries because the car overheated so I sent it back again. This is where I found out the mechanics here aren’t certified. They referred me to another business to fix the issue which is blown out head gasket. The business is called Fayad Auto, who I will also be looking up on this website. Per the mechanic here the car was ready to blow up before my purchase and they kept my car for months to fix it. I picked up the car two weeks ago, gave them a check for $ 2,500, then later that day I notice a leak once again. I contact the mechanic who says to bring it back. The car is towed once again to the shop. The mechanic contacts me and says there is issue with the oil pump failing and leaking into the coolant. Now today the mechanic is claiming the head gasket is blown out once again and now he has to fix the head gasket «again.» After a second opinion from another mechanic I was told if they fixed it the first time, it would not have blown out a day later. That it’s not possible. So here I am today, stuck with a car payment and no car, constant run around and stress, stranded at my own home thanks to this business Magic Auto to begin with. Shady mechanic telling me one thing and doing another. It is my belief he didn’t fix the head gasket to begin with; that he charged me the price for that, however «rigged» the vehicle to run, which is probably what Magic Auto did to sell the vehicle in the first place. This is not right or ok, especially the fact that these two businesses are associated with each other. I am contacting the BBB.

and it just happened to be at Magic Auto Sales. I’ve never been a fan of buying cars, and considering I’ve purchased 5 cars in the last 10 years, I know a thing or two about car buying and the hassle that goes into it. But my experience at Magic Auto changed my opinion about used car buying. From the moment I sent in my online inquiry, my experience was great. Mina, their sales rep, got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. I was very up front about what I was willing to spend and they worked with me to meet my need. There was no haggling or negotiating. Magic Auto was the 4^th dealership I had gone to to test drive a vehicle and my experience at the other dealerships almost made me give up but I’m glad I kept searching. Except for the color, which wasn’t really that big of a deal for me and not something I’d expect to find unless I was buying a brand new car, I found the exact used car I was looking for. The car had some minor mechanical issues, which they were 100% up front about before we signed any paperwork, but they also said they would take care of the issues after the purchase was complete, which they did. They even asked me to drive the car for a few weeks first to see if I found any other issues that needed to be fixed beforehand so they could fix any other issues that arose. I didn’t find any other issues but they fixed the initial issues as promised. About 45 days after I purchased the car, the check engine light came on so I brought it in and they fixed it no questions asked. If you’re searching for a used vehicle from an honest and reputable company, I highly recommend Magic Auto Sales!

Good Shop, Honest and Reliable …

The best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We found the truck we wanted online, and submitted a credit application. The nice lady in the office called us first thing that morning and was not pushy at all. We went in, test drove it, traded in our old truck for the new truck, and were only there for an hour! Very surprised and very impressed! It is a family owned and operated company, and all of them were friendly, and very helpful. We will definitely look here again the next time we are looking to buy a nice, used car. We are very pleased with our purchase!!!

BEWARE!!! I went in for a car that was a 2008 around 73xxx miles very decently priced. First thing noticed that the car wasn’t cleaned on the inside and the sealing bumpers on the car doors and moon roof were falling off. I told this to Mina and they were fixed that day. Let me just say this, Mina is the best part about this place. She was helpful and only person that held a conversation.
Back to the car, I ended up purchasing the car after said things were fixed. A day later my check engine light came. The day after that i realize the horn didn’t work AT ALL, a light was broken and a handle for extra storage was broken. HOW DO YOU NOT CHECK THESE THINGS BEFORE SELLING A CAR?! So, I bring the car down on my day off which was 2 days later and spend 4 hours at the dealership and what do they do? Only clean the part that’s causing the check engine light to come on and tell me, «we may need to replace it if it does it again» they don’t fix the horn at all.
So next day, 5 days after purchasing the car it completely stops when I’m commuting to work. I call the place to have it towed and Pierre says they will not pay for that. After explaining once again all the issues I’ve had and it hasn’t even been a week with the car they won’t pay for towing they FINALLY said they would.
They have the car for the rest of the day and call me to tell me the gas gage was broken and that I was only out of gas. Again, isn’t that something you check?! They keep it overnight since they don’t have the part (shocking) and tell me the next day it’s ready. Here’s the doozie, I purchased the car with a loan through my bank and the check was being mailed to the dealership. I called them back to see when I could pick it up and they told me they wouldn’t release the car to me until they had the check ALTHOUGH they had a «guaranteed check» letter from bank stating it was on its way. The owner then BLAMED ME for not putting gas in the car and that I could’ve avoided the situation. How was I suppose to know if the gas gage was broken?! I then asked to talk to Mina or Aalyiah and he said they weren’t there even though Mina had JUST left me a voicemail 1 minute prior he then changed his story to oh she’s with a customer.
I ended up telling them to keep the car because even if it was all fixed I would not want them to have my business or money.

Easily the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I went in looking for a nice bmw, and instead of trying to force me to buy what was on the lot, the general manager went out of his way to listen to what I wanted. He made me feel comfortable being on his lot, and told me he would try to find me a good deal in the dealer auctions. The next week, he rang and let me know he had found something. Long story short, I now drive the M3 of my dreams! I hate being pressured, but I never felt like he was pushing me to do something I didn’t want to. Very happy.

Bought a 2012 Malibu (1 year old with 20k). I was looking for a short while and wanted a less pricey car to put miles on since I put about 100k on my truck in 3 years and am sick of putting $ 80 in the tank 2 – 3 times per week. Anyway, I went to a few other places that did the «bait and switch» on me by advertising a car that they don’t have so they can screw you once your in the door. I like looking online to get the perfect car so I don’t spend 5 hours at the dealership between negotiating and financing. I came here, drove the car, and it took about an hour to do the financing. They did not mislead me and the owner was very nice. The only thing I thought was odd was there was a $ 389 doc fee and then some other $ 250 (WTF fee?). I did not catch it until after leaving but that was my fault. Anyway, I appreciated their not doing a bait and switch on me and had the car in the ad and it made it for a quick sale.

I bought my most recent car here. After having a couple terrible experiences at large dealerships, I decided that it would be best to find something small and family owned. A couple searches yielded this place, which conveniently also had all of the cars on their lot listed on-​line. A lot of the other places I found didn’t, and I liked that I could know beforehand if they had something I was interested in.
They had a few cars that I was interested in, and I found my dealings with them to actually acquire the car that I ended up getting to be pretty solid. They answered questions I had and worked with me through the car loan process.
The reason I hesitate to give them a higher rating is because I’ve had to be back three times now for things that should have been fixed before they sold the car for me. The first time was a headlight, and then the next two were squeaky brakes. It was obnoxious to me, but they fixed them as required by my warranty.
The person that was most helpful to me was TJ. He’s the manager and he consistently took care of the things I needed him to. Aaliyah, the owner was also helpful when I needed her to be.
Overall, I’m happy with the car I purchased and never felt pressure to purchase said car. I’d recommend them, but I’d just be a bit more serious about making sure that they car was truly ready to leave the lot.
