We have used McCarthy Car Service for years but I’ve never gotten around to posting a review. But after last night, they deserve more than 5 stars. I called Eric at 10 p.m. for a last minute pick up as my husbands flight was very delayed and landing at midnight. I received a «you got it, no problem». Wow! They are always professional, always on time and always reliable. Thank you Eric!!!

I used McCarthy for a business trip while in Phoenix and it was a great experience. The booking process was easy (requested a quote online), received an email back with the quote as well as a follow up call. They were on time at both pickups. They even met me at the security gate upon arrival where it was a short walk to the car. Thanks again!

Could not have been happier with the service and value provided from McCarthy Car Service. After speaking with the owner Eric on the phone and confirming all the details, I was pleasantly surprised when he reached out to me asking if I wanted the company to provide any sort of champagne as the ride was for my wedding night.
Eric actually showed up as the driver for us and was early, very cordial, and provided a great vehicle to our hotel. Pricing was excellent and I would 100% use them again, especially after dealing with some questionable companies using Groupon for their car services.

I have never experienced anything worse in my life. I submitted a request for a quote. I received the quote from Eric, sadly the owner.
I replied to let him know it was a bit pricey for what I was looking for.
Eric replied telling me I should take a bus and that I was cheap.
Wow.
