Established in 2007.

Recognized by our clients as providing the highest quality of massage, Mind and Body Energetics was founded with a passion for bodywork, wellness and for assisting the community in transforming their bodies from feeling daily aches & pains, lethargy and states of imbalance— into a rejuvenated, more-​mobile and lighter Self. We specialize in various forms of bodywork including therapeutic massage, organic body scrubs and energy work such as Reiki.

I’ve always known I wanted to help people achieve their greatest health, and in 2007, I received my massage certification from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Since then, I’ve studied under, and worked alongside naturopathic doctors; and fulfilled positions at various resorts and exclusive country clubs around the valley. My clients range from top professional athletes, to children and the elderly. I have experience in many bodywork modalities from Myofascial Release (great for chronic pain, headaches/​migraines, TMJ), Pre/​Post Natal Massage, to Reiki and other forms of Eastern healing. I absolutely love what I do, and am thankful to be able to share the gift of bodywork and knowledge with my clients.
