Manager

Mr. Shaun Romero is a Regional Manager responsible for the business development, hiring and supervision of the Phoenix office. Mr. Romero is also responsible for the leasing and management of one of Northpoint’s largest residential managed-​portfolios in Arizona. Mr. Romero holds significant experience in business development, real estate, residential construction, and client relationship management.

Mr. Romero began working with Northpoint as a Senior Manager prior to his current Regional Management position. Previously, Mr. Romero was the General Manager for Markwest Development. Previous to this, Mr. Romero was a Manager at Snap-​On Credit, CIT, and TRS.

Mr. Romero holds a BS Degree from the University of Arizona and an Arizona Real Estate Sales License.
