Optimum Tree Removal & Trimming

Raymond and his crew were amazing. We bought a house that was not maintained at all and needed a lot of help in clearing out the overgrown and cluttered yard. I received a quote Saturday, and they started work Sunday. Raymond encouraged us to keep some trees and shrubs that we planned on removing explaining that we could bring them back to life with approximately 6 months of TLC (so he’s honest and not just out to make money for himself as his advice meant there would be less for him to take down and less for him to charge for).
Raymond was always on site working with his crew. After Raymond started the job, he discovered that the large tree he was taking down had concrete poured all around the roots (this was a surprise to both of us). Because of the concrete around the roots, he went though more chain saw chains than expected and it took him extra time to remove the roots. Despite these unexpected changes and expenses, Raymond did not charge me extra. The crew ran into a couple wasp nests in the trees they were removing and instead of telling me to call a pest company, they sprayed the nests themselves and kept working! They even made a special plywood set up to ensure the large palm tree they were cutting down would not fall and crack the plaster of our pool patio.
