Specialties
All of our food is made from scratch, with local ingredients whenever possible. We are know for our Caramelized Banana Pecan French Toast, Outstanding Chicken Fried Steak, and the best Chilaquiles outside of Mexico! We serve Hickman eggs, which were not involved in the recent salmonella scare.
History
Established in 2007.
Brad and Chef Aaron May, Father and Son partners saw a need for a good, home style non-chain breakfast spot. Using fresh local ingredients, making everything from scratch and giving it that Over Easy twist, the restaurant thrived from the start. After appearing on the Food Network’s «Diners, Drive-ins and Dives» Over Easy has been a very popular breakfast spot every day of the week. In September or October of 2010 Over Easy will appear on he Food Network’s «The Best Thing I Ever Ate».
