Description

Specialties

Gourmet grilled cheeses and melts. You can get everything from simple sandwich of artisan bread and gourmet cheese to the owners favorite; The French Onion Grilled Cheese, which is made with four hour caramelized onions finished with veal demi-glacé and cognac which is paired with gruyère cheese on hearty French bread made by the Arizona Bread Co.

History

Established in 2010.

The business was founded and briefly ran by its previous owner. I would be a fool to speak of their intentions with the business, but know the goal going forward is to become an Arizona staple. In our first few months of operation we will most likely use a limited menu of our best gourmet grilled cheeses and melts but after we nail down the processes and get some experience under our belts look for us to really step our game up. The culinary talent is now in place and the work ethic of the managers is there so we hope to see everyone soon and impress the heck out of them with our high quality gourmet grilled cheeses and melts.

Business Owner

Born in NJ

Lived in AZ since 1993

Went to Brophy College Prep in Phoenix, AZ

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from CU Boulder. Go Buffs!

I’m not a professional chef but I’ve been cooking since I was ten and decided I didn’t like that my father would take phone calls while cooking (burning) steaks.

I might not be a professional chef but many of my friends are, and great ones to boot! So, look for some of their awesome recipes that I may have stolen *ahem* borrowed, to show up on my menu.
