History

Established in 2003.

Owner Paul Jeffrey is aptly described as an artist. Paul studied Industrial Design at the College of Art and Design in Detroit and interned abroad in France. Paul’s professional design career started as a concept car designer for For Ford Motor Company.

Business Owner

Paul Jeffrey is a partner of Paul Rene Furniture and Cabinetry. He’s primarily responsible for design and marketing.

Prior to starting this business in 2003, Paul worked as a concept car designer for Ford Motor Company in Detroit, where he grew up.

Paul is a graduate of the prestigious automotive design school, College for Creative Studies, where he earned a B.A. in Industrial Design. Paul Jeffrey broadened his aesthetic palette as a 6 month intern in France for Hueliez Auto.

In preparation for his entrepreneurial career, Paul earned a marketing degree from the Fashion Institute of Design in Los Angeles.

Paul Rene’s custom pieces adorn the homes of several valley notables including the Basha family, the Knight family, creators of Tupperware, and Jeff Whiteman, CEO of Empire CAT. Paul Rene’s work has also appeared in several design publications including LUXE and Phoenix Home and Garden.
