Decent. Especially for the price. Clean, reasonable. Don’t count on the breakfast. Road noise on the west side., But that doesn’t bother us. A good, safe, clean place to stop on the way somewhere else.
Holy-foo' X.

A cozy, reasonably-priced place to rest my weary head when I make it back down to this neck of the woods(usually for plays @ OSF in Ashland). I still have dear old friends I can stay with there in the town proper, but it’s nice to have a little extra latitude sometimes to come and go and not be a nuisance to our long-time generous hosts. Besides, most of the inns/motels in Ashland are ridiculously over — priced, especially during the Festival Season… Best of all, it’s short walk from any room here in Phoenix, to that Gloriously little Oasis for some refreshment and sustenance, I mean the one and only Pear Tree(aka Iron Skillet). Bring your appetite!
