I’ve been married to my beautiful wife Sheryl for 16 years and have two awesome boys Joey and Jon-​Jon. We have lived here in Arizona for over a decade because we love the desert and the great people of Arizona. I love the great outdoors, whether its 4 wheel driving in my Jeep Wrangler, hunting, fishing, shooting guns out in the desert or just hanging out in our back yard BBQ’n and lying by the pool, I enjoy being outside. We have been blessed with many friends in our neighborhood here in the southwest valley and my family enjoys spending time with them. My family also enjoys serving in a great church here in the Valley of the Sun.

I’ve been in and out of the carpet repair and cleaning industry my whole life. I owned and operated a carpet cleaning company in Las Vegas for 12 years. It was there that I learned to be a carpet repair specialist. My company serviced over 30 apartment communities and there was always a bunch of repair work to be done. not a licensed contractor by choice.

Danny with Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning was phenomenal! Our dog had chewed up a good chunk of our existing carpet and I had tried to patch it myself. Well, it was an okay patch, our dog had decided to chew it in the same spot. But Danny however made the Carpet look like nothing was ever different and the seems are actually seemless looking!
The whole process was simple and straight forward from making the appointment with Kim and working with us on New Years Eve doing a same day appointment to having Danny do an extraordinary job on our carpet. The cost of repair was also very reasonable. If I could give them another star I would!

Terrific company — prompt, responsive, polite and professional! I initially called for an estimate on carpet stretching, and the technician who came out (Russ) was there within an hour, scoped out the work, and provided a very competitive price for the job. Best of all, he was able to complete the work immediately, and the job was done by lunchtime! Russ was extremely knowledgeable, informative, and thorough! Phoenix Carpet’s work is top-​notch!

I called on a Tuesday morning to see when or if this company could stretch some carpets that never came back after a recent cleaning by another company. I spoke with Robert who very clearly explained my options. Keith, the technician was at my house in about an hour and did a fabulous job restoring the carpeting in two small bedrooms of my home. We hired Phoenix Carpet Repair & Cleaning when moving out of the apartment we rented for the past 4 years. The carpet had a ton of pulling/​folding (which we learned was from poor installation) as well as a few spots where our cat licked the carpet into tufts. I was able to get a same week appointment. The man who came to clean the carpet was on time (big plus!) and efficient in his work. He not only stretched the carpet, but also cleaned the carpet and repaired the lick spots (he trimmed it much better than we were able to prior to the cleaning). The carpet looked brand new when he was finished!
The house we just moved into has carpet in one room which is in need of cleaning — and I know who we will be calling!

This was the third or fourth time I have used Phoenix carpet Repair and Cleaning and have been very satisfied with the results. The carpets are not saturated after the cleaning which was a problem I had with our previous cleaner. Today Hector arrived on time and was able to remove a stain that I did not think would come out.
They may be a little more expensive but they get the job done.

Phoenix carpet repair does a good job and definitely helps save money in repairing vs. replacing. In my most recent experience, their technician was running late and missed our appointment. It would have been nice if they would honor their cancellation policy on both ends (if customer cancels it’s a $ 90 charge, but there was no concession for their inability to meet our appointment).

Plenty of people can clean carpets or re-​carpet a property, but to repair carpet… I’d never seen it. That’s what makes their service so valuable, often saving people $thousands in the process.
One specific example: I had a listing in Scottsdale to sell a particular home — an $ 800k property. The carpet was old but in good shape and had lots of wrinkles in it. It was a big house and new carpet was going to cost over $ 3,000. Robert’s guys at PCR&C stretched, trimmed and re-​tacked all of the existing carpet, then cleaned it for about $ 700 and it looked like new, saving my client over $ 2300 in the process. That was $ 2300 more that went into the seller’s pocket in the end. Over the last several years, there have been many examples like this.
