Phoenix Internet

Signed up for this internet due to Cox or another provider not being available. The internet is slow, its expensive, and the service is horrific. They are great until you sign the contract. We have used phoenix internet for our business about the past 8 months. Have requested to get out of the contract due to the service not working for our needs. We have had issues the entire time with the internet, and phones cutting in and out. What do you do when this happens, a person typically tries to reset the router, but apparently according to PHX internet service techs this procedure erases all data they can use to «try and diagnose the problem!» So we wait a couple weeks call back when the internet is slow, the phones are cutting in and out, hearing every third word a customer is saying. Of course the service tech says its nothing on their end, blames it on things such as google drive, and other applications running. Who doesn’t have a Google drive these days!!! Who doesn’t have a VOIP phone, its 2015! Apparently they are saying if you use a rotary phone, and chalk board you will be okay with this internet!
Bottom line, go somewhere else!

I live in wittmann Arizona which until just now had only limited internet from satellite

Horrible company. We had their service for 2 years and it was unstable on the best days. And like everyone else says be leary of their contract it renews automatically if you don’t give a written cancelation thirty days prior to the contract ending or renewing. I would never recommend them to anyone and am glad theyre are more options in my area now

Only use this company as a last resort. Their service is subpar at best. Internet was slow and the combination of using the phone and internet at the same time resulted in choppy phone calls. They blamed this on us of course.
Make sure you carefully review their contract and cross out the «Evergreen Clause». Basically they automatically renew the contract every two years for an additional two years. I had their service for five years and had to pay $ 1700 to cancel.
I think they figure (Correctly) that once you leave their service you are never coming back and they might as well squeeze every last drop of money out of you that they can.

Beware… When asking about pricing the sales people explain the best value is with the 2 year agreement. What they wont disclose is that somewhere buried in the agreement there is a «auto renew» at the end of the term for another 2 years.
I am in my third year of my 2 year agreement and when I tried to cancel my service they hit me with an early termination fee over $ 1200…RIDICULOUS!

Beware… if you cancel service they will send you to collections. This small outfit didn’t come to pick up their equipment, and then sent me to collections. They never returned my call to schedule a time to get their equipment or send a letter… However…I must admit, for a small outfit they did provide a quality product and I was satisfied with their service.
