Established in 2014.

The office on Shea opened in April 2014, but I have been practicing since graduation from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1984. I have practiced in Arizona since moving here in 1987.

Business Owner

Dr. Joe Hornback is a 1984 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. He grew up in Southern Illinois and attended Southeast Missouri State University for his pre-​chiropractic education. From 1984 – 1987 he practiced in Bardwell, Kentucky and moved to the Phoenix Metro area. Dr. Joe offers gentle and affordable chiropractic care for all ages.
