Welcome to some of the Best BBQ in the valley voted by customers, fans of BBQ, and the numerous accolades acquired over the years. We at Pork on a Fork has been serving up our style of BBQ for over 6 years and constantly been growing our fan base. We have catered for ESPN, MLB teams, NFL players, corporate events, and weddings/​rehearsal dinners. We have even catered 3000 Germans for Octoberfest, at the German Air Force Base which flew in a 200 piece German band and 500 kegs of German beer directly from Germany… talk about pressure!!!

The bottom line is that Pork on a Fork Catering can cater large to small and would love to cater your next event. We have a dedicated team that will work with you from start to finish, so all you will have to worry about is how to sneak some BBQ home without anyone noticing.

Best Brisket Ever! We had a Christmas Eve party and had it catered with the help of Matt and Andrew of Pork on a Fork Catering. The order was correct, they arrived on time, and Andrew set up all of the food. Our guests loved the food. The brisket was «the best brisket I’ve ever had» according to multiple guests. It was finished long before the rest of the food items. Next most popular were the au gratin potatoes. What a hit!

When this place first opened and the owner himself was cooking. The food was unbelievable and plentiful. Now the food is mediocre. We used to hit this place weekly. We’ve had to return ribs because they were awful especially for the price. It’s a shame we had high hopes for this place.

Yummy!!!
I love love the pulled pork! Yes I ate the swine, and it was so amazingly good. The sauces are very complimentary and just good stuff.
As for the sides, my company ordered, slaw, macaroni salad, beans, and mashed potatoes. I don’t like slaw but I heard some people saying it was good. The beans and mashed potatoes are very good.
We also had the sausage and they are even better as left overs!!!
We recently moved here from Texas and BBQ is very serious in Texas, this place is very comparable to some of the best BBQ I have had. Blacks in Lockhart is still my number 1 but this place is a close 2nd.
I will say it is a little pricey, we considered having them cater an event at my last company but it was almost $ 10k. Our company provided lunch for us today and I am glad they did now I wont mind spending a few extra dollars because I know the food is good!
As I type this my co workers are warming up the left overs, I already got mine!!! MMMM PORK!

Pork on a Fork catered a sales event at our apartment complex. It was so delicious!!! The brisket was smokey and the perfect texture. The chicken was not very appealing, honestly. It was rubbery and dry. But the Mac and cheese was on point! Not dry or bland at all. The baked beans were surprisingly delicious and had a little bite to them. To top it all off there were 3 yummy bbq sauces– smokey and sweet being my favorite. We will definitely be in the restaurant to try out more!

Pork on a fork Catered my fathers birthday for 40 people. We had more than enough pork and brisket for everyone plus all the sides. The BBQ is amazing. It was juicy, and full of flavor. They took care of all of our needs and I would highly recommend Catering anything with Pork on a Fork Catering.
