Puff & Fluff Grooming and Pet Sitting

I wanted to update this review since my last visit and tell anyone looking for a clean, welcoming environment with an amazing staff, don’t even bother doing any more research. You’ve struck gold with Puff and Fluff Grooming!
I found a dog wandering the street a few days ago. She was in MASSIVE NEED of some grooming care. Her fur was nasty and matted with leaves, dirt and poo. Stinky breath to boot. She was very scared and timid, but allowed me to pull over my car, eventually rolled over for a belly pet and let me pick her up. I immediately called PAFG, who had a full schedule. I wasn’t comfortable taking her anywhere other than where I had my first amazing experience with my BAE, Frida (a wire-​haired Dixie). They heard the story of how I found this dog and were willing to squeeze her into the schedule — eventually staying a bit late to finish her up. Let me tell you, I didn’t even recognize her when I picked her up! I actually had to ask if it was the same dog. We got the works done for this little one: wash, cut, nail trim, teeth brushing, gland stuff and flea/​tick treatment. She looked and smelled amazing!
I can’t thank these group of ladies enough for taking the time to help this little street dog on such short notice. I’ll be taking her to the vet to get chip scanned and vaccinated soon, if she’s not already.

Unfortunately, did not have a great experience here. I spoke with the owner about it when she kindly checked in after our appointment via text and was issued an apology.
However, that will not make the hair grow back any faster on my dog’s head. It all started off very well – I checked in with a groomer and described in great detail how I wanted my bichon-poodle’s body and head groomed. She even showed me which razor she would use on his head as I was very specific about wanting in left longer than the rest of his body (as a Bichon should have a cute poofy round head) and to have his mustache and beard simply trimmed but left mostly intact. I also provided a picture via text for reference. 3 ½ hours later I came back to pick my dog up to find that the hair on top of his head had been cut the same length as the rest of his body, his ears left too long (almost papillon like), and his beard shaved completely off. It was very clear that someone other than who I described my preferences to that morning had ended up grooming my little guy and did their «usual» with very little regard to my desires about his head/​face. To their credit his body was groomed pretty perfectly all the same length as requested, but that doesn’t make up for the way his head hair is cut or the length of time it will take to grow his beard and poof out to their former adorable glory… It is partly my fault for not saying anything before I left, but what were they going to do at that point? I had paid (quite a bit more than I am used to) and tipped based on the promising and pleasant beginnings prior to my dog being brought out to me and they were already ringing up the next customer. Sad to say I will not be returning. I hope if you go you have a better final outcome.
I posted pictures for reference… I want to be clear they did not do a «poor job» grooming my dog. It was just not in the style I asked for or expected after my description/​requests.

I brought my baby Mac in for his first groom and they were loving and did the most awesome job ever! It truly pays to stay with local businesses. Not only will we be back, I’m recommending them to all the others in my apartment complex! Thank you ladies for being amazing.

I took my dogs here yesterday and they were great. Everyone is friendly and knowledgable. Both of them received hair cuts and look good. I would recommend checking them out.

Great local shop! My dogs’ nails look great and the staff was super nice! There’s even a little chihuahua who stays in her perch watching over the shop!

Great experience when taking my yorkie to get groomed here. Clean and my dog is always looking adorable leaving there. All the ladies there are very nice as well! Need to go anywhere else!

Terrible customer service. Actually, no service at all. Had been taking my dog here for over a year for services that include nail trim and it turns out they haven’t been trimming as promised (see photo). Even mentioned and showed the long nails to them when I dropped off today and was still ignored. Final straw was when I booked a bath and brush with a face trim. Looks like they got my dog wet but didn’t clean him at all. Eye crusties and dirty whiskers all over his face when I picked him up. No face trim at all. Also ignored request to not blow dry out his curls. Owner has refunded our money but the rest of their staff is untrustworthy and lacks any personality at all. If you want to get what you pay for, take your pup elsewhere.

After a traumatic first grooming experience at a different groomer, I was hesitant to take our pup anywhere! I called and they squeezed us in last minute! I explained exactly what we wanted for our cavapoo and when we picked him up, that’s exactly how he looked! They were so kind and good with him and he was the happiest pup when I picked him up! Liz even followed up right after to make sure we were happy with everything. It was so quick but they did an amazing job! Even though it’s a bit of a drive for us, it was so worth it and we’ll definitely be back!

My baby Snoopy had her first grooming appointment at Puff and Fluff. The staff treated her well, and made her feel so comfortable. She came home so fresh and so clean. Booking an appointment was an ease through texting. Snoopy has found a groomer for life!

I love this dog groomer! They were so great with my dogs! The two of them seemed happier then when I dropped them off!!! A++++++++++++++++++

Came here because I saw great reviews I wasn’t disappointed they were nice and my dog looked great.

The best groomers I have been too. Bathed and brushed our curly haired labradoodle. We are growing her coat out and she had some matting. They took care of it so we didn’t have to shave her… yet.

I love this place, I take my dog Sir Henry here periodically and they are always so accommodating to get me in cause I usually have a tight schedule. I like how I can text in my appointment and have never had any delays and the prices are super reasonable.
I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly groomer that’ll take care of your pets.

So happy I listened to Unilocal and checked this place out. I’ve been beyond nervous to take Max somewhere new after the last place made him look unrecognizable (my coworkers thought a adopted a new dog, no joke). So for months now I’ve been dreading finding a new place, and kept coming back to the awesome Unilocal reviews for this place and I’m glad I did.
The place is cute and you’re greeted by a super friendly staff which is a big one when you’re about to care for my child pretty much. She asked what I wanted and I showed her a picture and also a pic of the disaster that happened last time. She also showed me the differences in the lengths to make sure we were on the same page.
I was nervous to pick up my little stud, but as soon as I saw him it all went away. If you’re a pet owner you get my worry. He looks perfect!!! They did exactly what I wanted, I couldn’t be more pleased.
We’ve definitely found our new groomer!

Greeting us with smiling faces, kindness and a desire to understand what makes the poodle and the human happy made us feel welcome and very comfortable. When I picked up Bela she was happily barking hello and sporting a beautiful cut and sweet bows.

I only bring my Chihuahua in here for nails trims, but man are they amazing here. She’s never been hurt or had her nails snipped too short that they hurt. They are always so accommodating and even after our first time there they remembered by baby. (: love this place seriously. If my chihuahua was long hair this is where I would take her to get groomed.

Amazing, amazing! I took my little Sophia (yorkie) here again for the second time and now I am convinced that this place is so great! It’s a small hidden gem and I am so happy that I found them! The ladies there are great! They welcome me and my pup with open arms and luv on her just like I do! They listen to exactly what I want, and are very reasonably priced! I absolutely love the fact that I can text them directly, to set up my appts-I’m not big on talkin on the phone so this is great! My baby really really enjoys going there, she is so happy when I come to pick her up, that to me is worth it all! Thank you ladies for making my experience and Sophia’s groom amazing!

I think I found my go-​to grooming boutique! This place is close to home, great customer service, and my doggy is returned so fresh and so clean clean!
They try to make sure that they groom your dog just as you would like. After picking my dog up, they asked if the haircut met my standards. It is just so nice to see that they love what they do and they want to make sure that your expectations are met. The price is reasonable as well — $ 45, not including tip (you need to tip!)

I just picked up my boys from Puff & Fluff on a Sunday afternoon, and I am very impressed with how good they look!
I called Saturday morning to try to get them in sometime over the weekend, and they had several options available for me to choose from. I decided to bring them in Sunday morning at 11am. It was Jack’s second time visiting the salon, but Danny’s first. The groomer came out and asked me to show/​tell her exactly how I wanted the boys groomed, and she did exactly as asked. There is something to be said about the personal level of service they provide their customers, as our dogs are our best friends and we want the best experience possible for them.
For both dogs, it was $ 90 total. Each was $ 45. The website for this business lists the prices per breed, which I am sure can fluctuate based on what kind of grooming you need done.
I will definitely be back with the boys, and will spread the word amongst my friends!
