As the weather warmed up the pool once again became filled with algae. Rob had a professional pool company service the pool to make sure it was being «maintained properly,» but less than a week after he eliminated the algae it has come roaring back again. The system does not work! I have repeatedly asked for a refund since the system has failed to perform as advertised. Looks like I’m going to have to take this to small claims court.

Aren’t pools great? I love them even though they are work. I was frustrated with the chemicals and used more chlorine than I should’ve just to be safe but didn’t really know if that was safe?! Our little grandchildren were always drinking the water (incidental to their swimming skills not on purpose) and their little eyes would be so red!
My wife heard a radio program talking about this no chemical pool. Sounded good too me so I researched it. I read up on it and decided to take the plunge. I tend to go with knew technologies if they are sound. I called and talked with Rob and he told me about it. Every so often their will be a pool that has too much organic matter inundating it from surrounding vegetation so that the Wave might not be as effective as in most pools. That was over three years ago now. We still love it. Every pool is going to have its challenges and we have had ours but the Wave has operated day in and out and kept our pool beautifully crystal clear. This spring has been a challenge because of excess pollen and seeds from local mesquite trees but we are slowly getting the pool back to its perfect state. If you stay up on your daily skimming etc… You likely won’t have issues. I’m a veteran that was injured and some days (okay…some weeks) I can’t get to the pool. For that reason it would be unfair of me to claim this year’s troubles on the Wave rather than my lack of attention especially because the last three years it has been perfect.
The pool looks crystal clear. My wife doesn’t have to shower when she gets out after a quick dip to wash the chemicals off. My grandchildren’s eyes are once again; blue, green and blue like they were born with.
My pool is available to anyone who would like to see the Wave operating. I believe there are some pools that might not do well with this system but I think most pool owners will love it. If you do order one, DO NOT change anything else about your pool, such as your filter system. If you do, you could be blaming the Wave for your knew filter system’s inadequacy.

Rob’s view is skewed on the entire transaction. Product doesn’t work and The check BOUNCED. Of course, I contacted the credit card company and received the full refund through the card. Your reply was lengthy and incorrect. Interesting twist on the facts. Buyers beware…
