If I could give this reebok store a lower rating, I would. The customer service was terrible, none of their POS systems were turned on so when I went up to the register during the middle of the day on Labor Day weekend I had to wait quite a while. They clearly advertise racks of items for sale and then when I was finally getting rung up, they told me that none of the stuff I grabbed off the clearly marked clearance racks were eligible for the sale prices. I told them which racks and offered to walk over there with them but they assured me none of those items were eligible. I also asked a sales person before I went to the register if my items were sales items and he said yes. These people are full of shit.

Unlike the Nike store, this store was very slow on the day we were shopping. I love this store because they had some Lakers jerseys on sale the day we went… picked up a Nash jersey. It also provided the laugh of the day… check out this price tag on one of the jerseys… normally it’s $ 50, but by shopping at this outlet store, it’s now $ 49.99 for a whopping 1 cent discount! LMAO! Sometimes I wonder if the people at the corporate offices of these companies realize what’s going on at the store level… The employees here were busy talking to each other at the cash register instead of helping customers. Good thing we knew what we wanted to buy. The jerseys were the only things we bought that day. Return Factor — 50%
