I had renter’s insurance through state farm and the whole process was breeze. I just called and spoke with Karen and it seems like everyone in this office is the best!

We recently moved here from the Midwest. I’ve been with State Farm since I was 16 (in my 40s now), and I have NEVER had an agent who would score more than three stars. .. until Sean. He spent a ton of time reviewing our coverage, transferring our policies, and ensuring we had everything we needed and wanted. He also managed to be extremely patient with our highly demanding children.
Unfortunately, the bank with our mortgage made an error and started charging us for their house insurance on top of the coverage we have through State Farm, which they had proof of at closing. Big fiasco. Anyway, Sean and his office contacted them, sent confirmation emails from prior to closing to prove it was a bank error, etc. He also followed up to make sure I didn’t need anything else.
Sean has AMAZING customer service skills, which are lacking in many professionals today. I recommend him and his office highly if you are looking for honest and hardworking professionals to assist with your insurance needs.

Wow! I was blown away by this guy. Very rarely do you meet someone with such a high level of integrity and genuine care. Firstly, his follow up was spot on, called when he said he would and was flexible in scheduling a meeting. Second, he said he was not there to sell me, but to provide some valuable information and education and he did just that. Never once did I feel pressure to buy, rather he asked questions that helped me make my own decisions. I had a ridiculous amount of questions and he took his time going over them with me and my wife. We never felt rushed. Whether or not you need auto insurance phoenix or any other kind of insurance in phoenix I would call this state farm agent. I’m a small business owner myself and after meeting with Sean I have experienced a new standard of customer service that I will replicate in my own business.
