Sears Optical

I really like the doctor at this location, dr. Castro. However, I have to say I was extremely upset about the fact that I could never get in touch with them by phone. I was given a trial pair of lenses to try out a different brand that I normally wear. When I called them to let them know I would like to go ahead with the brand of contacts I got a voicemail box in which I left a message. Two weeks later I heard nothing. I called multiple times after and received no response back. I relocated recently and the trial pair were all I had and they tore. I went into a local Fresno Sears optical and both myself and the store associate tried for 35minutes to get someone on the line. 40 minutes later I spoke with a Maria who did not apologize for how difficult it was to get through, she said she would fax my information over so I could get lenses at my current location. An hour later… nothing. I attempted to call again, it took 5 attempts to get the same lady. She said she was really busy and just now getting to it. I advised I had to go back to work, another 30 minutes later this… the lady, had not faxed my information. I can’t believe this location. I wish I could give them negative stars, I would. Finally, almost a hour later after trying to call multiple times and not getting through my script was faxed, and guess what… it was the wrong script. Sorry Sears, epic fail at this location.
