Dr. Serrano did my braces and I wouldn’t have chosen anyone else. My teeth turned out great and I get compliments all the time. He has also done braces for my family members and friends. He truly is the best! He always goes the extra mile to take care of his patients. His office is friendly and they treat their patients like family. Would recommend him to anyone needing braces.

Both my sons go to Serrano & Kyger. We’ve had excellent service each time we enter the door. The front office lady is the sweetest ever. The dental assistants are always so kind and understanding and both orthodontists are very professional and good with my boys. Very happy we made the choice to have the kids braces done here!

Finally got braces after years of jaw pain. I had so many reservations about getting them late in life. After consulting with staff I was reassured that my concerns will work themselves out. They were right, my facial features changed for the better, and my 2 year period flew by. I highly recommend Dr. Serrano. I have been going to Dr. Serrano since I was a little
Girl. I have a very small mouth with big teeth. He did a great job with my metal braces. I unfortunely didn’t wear my retainer so my teeth got crooked. I went back for the second time for Invisalign. I loved Invisalign compared to my metal braces. He was able to make my teeth straight, smaller, and they don’t flare out anymore.

Dr Serrano is the best. I was fitted with a mouthpiece for my sleep apnea and everything went really well. Everyone in the office is extremely professional and the Doc kept me informed of all that was going on at all times. Great follow-​up too.

My son goes here for ortho treatment after knocking his front tooth out while riding his bike. Dr. Serrano is great, always warm, kind and welcoming. His office is always clean and his staff is always professional and very accommodating to my work schedule. My niece is also a patient and she loves him, I’m normally not pleased about spending thousands (or a descent used car) but when it comes to my child and his self confidence regarding his smile, Dr. Serrano is well worth it, he’s not a Top Doc for nothing.

I love this group! I’ve been in the dental field for over 20 years and had to choose an orthodontist to treat my daughter. Her dad is a disabled general dentist and very selective with who is allowed to care for his girls. We had a handful of specialists evaluate Devon and were thrilled when we met Dr Serrano. His fun attitude won over my not so easily impressed 11 year old. Dr Serrano had an extreme attention to detail during our consultation and he was able to win over my NY ex hubby. No wonder he has been rated a Top Dentist in AZ year after year.
We even had a visit w Dr Kyger in Chandler and Connie and Trish and it was all around a great choice for our family.

I was disappointed with this office. They are overpriced to pay for the cookies and iPads in the office. I don’t need a fancy office. Just provide good service and reasonable prices. What really disappointed me was the fact that the Dr looked in my daughters mouth for 10 seconds, looked at me, and said «She needs braces». DUH… really? I didn’t know that. That’s why I took her. He didn’t provide information as to what he was going to do. He asked me if I had questions. That’s why I go for a consult so he can provide me with information. Good thing I went to another Orthodontist before him so I knew what to ask. To top it off he didn’t mention a certain appliance included with the braces. When I mentioned it he said he liked it and would put it on my daughter. Good thing I knew about this appliance from the previous Ortho otherwise my daughter would have had all kinds of unknown appliances in her mouth. He then tells me he’s been doing this for 20 yrs and knows just by looking at her teeth that she needs braces. I can look at anyone’s teeth and tell if they need braces. I went to 5 different Orthodontist and he was the only one who I feel didn’t give me information on what he was going to do. I’m glad I finally found an Orthodondist in Chandler. I will drive far for good service.

AMAZING! On your first visit you already feel part of the ortho family. Everyone is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Serrano makes you feel very comfortable and talks to you about every aspect of your case. Me and 2 of my 5 children have been patients for over a year. I recommend their office to everyone! As an added bonus there are fresh baked (on-​site) cookies ready for you after your visit. Electronic forms and appointment reminders make it very easy to schedule and keep your appointments. There is even a kids game room with iPads for the kids to play games on. LOVE this office!
