Shane’s Grading and paving was Developed in 2009 by Shane Dikoff. After being in the industry for 25 years, he decided to form Shane’s Grading and Paving services. By hand picking some of the best operators and lead men in the valley, Shane has propelled every year through his top quality work and customer retention. In 2010, Ben Haberkorn was appointed Vice President implementing his knowledge of engineering and estimating.
