Solterra utilizies the services of many specialized physicians such as pulmonologists, nephrologists, urologists, wound care, infectious disease, and internal medicine Physicians. Solterra is one of the few skilled nursing facilities in Phoenix with a vent weaning and trach management program with some of the highest staffing ratios in the Phoenix Valley

We are a privately held and self-​managed owner and operator of five communities in Arizona and Colorado.
