Sowders Law, LLC focuses on the practice of immigration, personal injury, and advocacy cases. We are committed to protecting and vindicating the rights of people who need representation.

This includes but is not limited to immigrant and non-​immigrant visa processing (both in the United States and internationally), naturalization, health care immigration, and deportation defense. Our offices have successfully represented clients before the Department of Homeland Security («DHS»), the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement («USICE»), the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services («USCIS»), the Immigration Courts, the Executive Office for Immigration Review («EOIR»), the Board of Immigrations Appeals («BIA»), the Department of State («DOS»), the Department of Labor («DOL»), and the Federal Courts. Our experience in personal injury has varied from catastrophic injury to your everyday car accident. We also represent clients in nursing home abuse cases and landlord-​tenant disputes. Lastly, our office strives to reach the best settlement possible when representing objectors in class action settlements.

Business Owner

Fae Sowders has been practicing law for over 10 years. Her practice includes a broad spectrum of areas, specifically focusing on personal injury, immigration and class action objections. She has provided outstanding counsel to clients from all over the world. She is originally from El Paso, Texas and is fluent in Spanish.
