Sparkle Clean

My wife and I were recommended Sparkle Clean by our realtor to detail our newly purchased home before moving in. They ‘cleaned’ the house while we were not present, but when we went to the home after the cleaning, not much care was given to the job. The fans were dusty, the counters seemed grimy, microwave had food on the sides, etc.
When we mentioned this to Janet she came over and begrudgingly cleaned some spots again. She was argumentative with our assessment of the cleanliness, but eventually apologized. Had she not come over and attempted to remedy the issue, I would have given 1 star and not paid her the full $ 280 bill she sent. I will not hire Sparkle Clean again.

Even after they came to remedy the poor job, my wife and I looked in the kitchen cabinets and they were still filthy. We spent ~45 minutes wiping down the cabinets with Clorox wipes and found a ton of dirt (see the pictures below). I called Janet to tell her I wasn’t willing to pay the full $ 280 invoice and she got extremely frustrated and said she would only take off $ 50 and proceeded to hang up on me.
I would never hire this company again and felt extremely disrespected by their employees’ and owner’s behaviors.

We called Janet and asked her to clean a condo as our current tenants had just moved out and we are trying to get ready for new move ins. We asked her to do a detailed cleaning and to clean the blinds. They did a decend job but not the $ 250 she billed us! We will not recommend or use her services again.

Janet, Virginia and the girls provided very reliable services with competitive prices to us for several years. Virginia and Janet were always very courteous and reliable and they were always extremely helpful to us. The girls that came over were always very kind and trustful and we always felt very comfortable letting clean our home!
