Sparkle Fresh Cleaning

We used this company for about three months. At first we thought they just needed some direction and expected a little adjustment period with a new company. It only got worse.
We found it hard for them to follow simple directions and the last straw was when we re-​cleaned a floor they had just cleaned and saw that they were not actually cleaning it properly.
When we complained they sent us a text the day before they were supposed to show up saying they wouldn’t be returning because they did not meet our standards.
They seem like nice people, they showed up on time and nothing was missing, plus I don’t like giving a bad review, however, the quality of the work they did had little value. I basically paid to have the toilets cleaned and carpets vacuumed.
Lesson learned, I will research a little better and move on.
