best staples in town, managers and staff are great! keep it up

With the way that customers are treated I predict this Staples will be one of the next to close, as many have. They do not even take there own coupons and the smart ass manager makes statements like «Have a Great Life «wow that is true customer service! as you can see by the other reviews the staff at this store needs an attitude adjustment… As this seems to be the norm I will never return to this location. Oh and by the way I will have a great life!

I came in with a last-​minute print job that I needed right away for a presentation. Since they have an «instant» print center, I just figured they could… you know… print instantly. I was told they couldn’t start my job for «at least» three hours, maybe more. I tried to explain my urgency and the «instant» part of their name, but the counter person truly did not care whatsoever.
On the office supply said they are alright, but sometimes out of stock on just basic things you need. If you need help or have a question, good luck finding someone!

Worst service ever! If i could hive them zero stars I would. I made a purchase online to pick up in the store. I arrived and was told someone would have it right up. After ten minutes of no filing cabinet and all the employees just ignoring me I realized that there were several right there on the floor. I was insulted that the cashier I initially spoke to who was also standing 4 ft from me acted like I wasn’t there. Not once did he say sorry for the wait or that he would check on why it was taking so long. After 20 min of being ignored I went to customer service and cancelled my order. I then went over to office max and bought the same product. I paid 20 dollars more but the service at office max made it worth it. I will never return to this location. They have no idea how to take care of their customers! I won’t be spending another penny in there again!

Lots of office supplies. Not sure about the prices, but I agree about the service. Not very good.

Staples has lost their way. Back in the late eighties they hit the ground running with discount pricing on office supplies and quickly gobbled up market share.
Today, they are a large company and seem to subscribe to the «Gordon Gekko» mantra «That greed is good». My son and I went looking for a high end backpack that could stand the stress of a lap top and some heavy duty books. That backpack was over $ 100 dollars. I guess it was on sale from $ 130. We should all be so lucky to snag a $ 100 plus backpack (can you feel my sarcasm?).
So I decided to think outside the box and went into one of those sporting goods stores and snagged a better backpack (since it could accommodate a larger PC) in the $ 45 dollar range.

Not the best place in my opinion to get your office, school supplies from. They are a bit over priced on many things and they lack simple customer service. There is rarely anyone around to help you and things can be a bit tricky to find.

ZERO customer service. NOT busy at all and many workers who visibly seen me looking throughout each aisle. Literally it was another customer and I throughout this Staples. No greeting of a hello, can I help you, are you finding everything okay, have a nice day. NOTHING. Extremely COLD. Products are PRICEY.

Not a good experience… The people working at customer service acted like we didn’t exist and acted like their job was sooo hard. All I wanted to do was exchnage some ink cartridges for some coupons. I was new to this myslef and they expected me to know everything about it. I will not be coming back to this location.

We don’t have a Staples in Alaska so this was first visit to one.
It reminded me a lot of what Office Max sets their store up. Although I love the selection a lot more.
I came in for envelopes and unfortunately they didn’t have a smaller box than the 100 envelopes for the regular sized ones. I only needed about 15 – 20. I guess I will leave the rest in my hotel room… maybe someone can make use of the rest.
I was a little disappointed though, and maybe this was a smaller store but I have heard many people say Staples is awesome and even though some of their selection was better than the other office stores around I wasn’t too impressed after all the hype it was given.
