If you ever have the misfortune to call this company, think twice. I’ve been on hold for the claims department for almost 20 minutes.

Wish I could give this company ZERO stars after the ordeal I’ve been through. I was behind a SWIFT truck when a small object flew off the back of the truck,(I’m thinking a bolt) and cracked the windshield of a rental car I was driving. I filed a claim with in 15 minutes of the incident. They sourced out my claim to a third party adjuster company named, MTA. The adjuster I was assigned to never called me back in the 4 weeks we have been dealing with this. I finally called this morning and was told once again that I would receive a call back. I had, had enough and demanded that someone get on the phone for at least a status update. Once the claim adjuster was on the phone, she blurted out the status/outcome of the claim and hung up on me!!! Wow! I wish there was some exaggeration to this but there is not. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled and would like to think such a large company would take more pride when dealing with the general public and those associated with the company in this manner. Shame on SWIFT. They really need to reconsider doing business with MTA. I’m sure there are a lot of third party companies out there that have far more class than MTA!

They don’t care about their drivers, just the money. No one knows what’s going on, everyone just keeps passing you on to the next idiot. They do however have a good training school for the student drivers
