We are locally owned and operated in the Phoenix Valley and serve homes and businesses valleywide. Our goal is to keep you up and running which is why we offer on-site service as well as remote service and maintain one of the quickest turn-around times in the Valley.

History
Established in 2014.
Techie Support, LLC is wholly owned and operated by Benjamin Gilstrap. A Missouri native, Ben relocated to the Phoenix Valley in December 2011. He put his 7 years of experience as a medical transcriptionist to work for Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale as a member of their transcription department. However, technology always had been his passion. After resigning his full-time position with Mayo Clinic in August 2013, he sought part-time employment with another transcription company while working to start Techie Support. After several months of continual growth, he was able to focus full time on Techie Support in early 2014. Several more months of continual growth have allowed him to fully establish Techie Support as an official LLC in the state of Arizona as of October 1, 2014.

Business Owner
Benjamin is a Joplin, Missouri, native who relocated to the Phoenix Valley in December 2011. He was married to his beautiful wife, Brittany, in June 2013 and currently resides in the North Valley community of Tramonto.
Besides technology, his interests include music, hiking and four-wheeling at the Imperial Dunes in California.
