The Gingersnap Bakery makes all kinds of cakes from traditional designs to really wild and even 3-​D cakes, fondant and topsy-​turvy.

Award winning flavors include Pink Champagne, Chocolate-​Almond, Keylime, Orange Cream, Grasshopper, Chocolate-​Mint, Italian Ribbon and more.

The staff is very helpful and professional. They take the time to work with you to make your cake perfect. They have tons of fun with cake and it shows!

You can stop in for cookies and pastries or order a specialty cake or dessert by phone. You can find the bakery in the historic village of Phoenix right on the Oswego River at Lock One. Come by boat in the summer and dock at the park.

History

Established in 1997.

The Gingersnap Bakery is known for delicious, home-​made cakes with a unique twist. The staff loves to play with their food! (Or I should say «with your food») Give them your thoughts and they will come up with amazing ideas and designs for your cake.

The Gingersnap cakes and staff have been featured on television, in the newspaper, at the State Fair and in popular magazines. They have won numerous awards, including gold, silver and bronze medals, for their designs, recipies and knowledge of pastry arts.

They are a proud member of the American Culinary Federation and

promote education in the industry by teaching cake decorating & pastry, speaking at local schools and doing professional demos at culinary shows and conventions.
