About Healthy Weight Loss: The new well is about weight loss that works for you. We have created a supportive environment for you to be who you want without judgment! Our program is not about counting calories, starving yourself, eating packaged meals or taking weight loss drugs. Rather we focus on giving you supportive coaching, encourage you to eat real everyday type foods, have fun working out on our circuit and then take a break from life in our tranquility room. That is what we call real wellness-​real people, real values and real results.

I live my life with great passion, enjoying a healthy lifestyle and challenging myself to take on and create new inspiring opportunities. The new well has allowed me to live my professional and personal passions. Each day I get to do what I love, make people feel good and smile. Whatever reason someone comes into the new well, it is my goal that they will leave feeling at least a little bit if not a lot better than they did when they walked in. I have worked for many major companies in various roles, I had the structure of working for big banks like JP Morgan Chase in a management role, and the excitement of overseeing the growth of a new brand and massage revolution as the National Director of Real Estate Development for Massage Envy.
