Meet the Business Owner

Ryan K.

Business Owner

Ryan built his first website by the age of 14 and started his first business as a vendor to a fortune 500 company by the age of 19. Ryan made his transition into the digital space in 2007 when he started his own SEO agency. That agency was purchased by another marketing company which Ryan helped move into the digital world. He then went on to work for the fortune 500 company Gannett. At the time of his departure from Gannett he and his team had created a revenue stream for the company of more than 8 million dollars a year through SEO services.

After his time at Gannett Ryan went to work for the largest group of alternative weekly newspaper in the country Voice Media Group. Here Ryan was not only managing SEO for their 10 newspaper sites responsible for 22 million visits a month but also building and managing a team of SEOs responsible for over 900 SEO clients. Ryan has also participated in panels and held workshops on SEO and digital marketing at both ASU and U of A.

Amazing service. I was baffled at how well of a job they did. Veronica (my cleaner) was friendly and efficient. Sign up/​scheduling was clear and quick, price point is amazing for what you get in return, and the actual cleaning itself was above and beyond.
There is no reason I would even consider looking anywhere else for another cleaning service. Especially perfect for when moving out of a place and saving yourself the 4 – 8 hours worth of cleaning required.

My boyfriend and I were preparing to move two residences over the course of a weekend and planned to clean both places. The thought of cleaning two places well enough to pass inspection quickly became overwhelming, so I searched for a reputable cleaning company. After reading the glowing reviews of Tidy Casa, I was sold and booked online.
Though times for both cleanings needed to be rescheduled due to conflicts, owner Ryan was communicative and professional. He did everything he could to make sure one of the cleanings, which took place on New Year’s Day, was done in time for inspection prior to the apartment complex office closing early. In fact, he even joined his crew to get the job done and get it done right. Talk about customer service!
Both the condo and apartment looked absolutely immaculate! An embarrassing mess before Tidy Casa, everything from the ceiling fans to the baseboards (we selected the $ 35 move in/​move out upgrade) was cleaned. We are so, so grateful to Ryan and the Tidy Casa team for their hard work and attention to detail. Thank you!

WOW — a really big WOW. Owner himself Ryan went out of his way to work with my last minute Holiday time request. We scheduled a «compromise» time which was really squeezed for me but for which i was grateful. The next day he called back (saying he thought about at night) and re-​scheduled me with a different crew of his for exactly the time I asked for and sent a crew of two women who were kind, gentle and worked very very hard deep cleaning areas I had not been to in forever. I asked Lina & Lida to clean behind things and move things and they really did that to the max. They pulled out the stove cleaned behind and book shelves and knick knacks (I have alot of that) and they were quiet and fastidious. Want your house cleaned and a place that lives up to your expectations and more??? My entire experience with Tidy Casa has been efficient, reliable and easy. The simplicity of the online booking is extremely helpful. Just booked service online and it was pretty easy. They don’t charge until cleaning service has been provided. You choose the service, the add ons upfront, and pick the date & time from what is available which is a lot. Background checks on cleaners too. This online option is unheard of as most cleaners are usually cash only independent contractors with no websites or service departments. Typical cleaners are take it or leave, but not Tidy Casa. Organic and green products with online secure purchase sold me with 200% guarantee. They say in the event that the cleaning was not performed well they want a chance to fix it, and if they still can’t fix it then they will refund your money. As long as it is about cleaning of course and not being some o.c.d. person that makes unreasonable cleaning requests like scrub the paint off all the walls in the house. I will add/​edit this review if their cleaning is as good as their booking.

Tidy Casa was absolutely amazing. The web sight was very easy to use, I received multiple confirmation and reminder emails (very helpful since I forget everything) and my house literally has not been this clean since the day I moved in. Veronica and her team cleaned everything I could think of and even some places I didn’t even know existed! I have two dogs and two cats, so needless to say my house gets dusty and there is always hair roaming around. The girls cleaned so well I had to lay on the tile just to celebrate the cleanliness. I absolutely will be using them again, and will recommend them to anybody even remotely thinking of having a house cleaning. Big or small. A+++ 10 stars, they deserve it all!

I do not have time nor do I want to clean my condo. I just want to come home from a busy day’s work and not to have keep working. Tidy Casa made that possible. I loved coming home to a clean home with everything in its place. It smelled so fresh! Veronica and her team did an awesome job. Not only did they clean every single shutter on my windows but the soap they left — mmmmmm so good. I wash my hands in that bathroom, with the Tidy Casa soap just because it smells so good– AND I know it’s organic, as are all of their products. I would absolutely use Tidy Casa over and over (I think I might book a cleaning right now!) Thank you so much for your really over-​and-​above customer service.

Absolutely unbelievable. The site was quick and easy. The cleaner was on time and asked if I had any preferences on supplies or any allergies. They were fast with excellent attention to detail. The Tidiest Casa you could possibly imagine.
After six months of remodeling my condo and not cleaning it once, it is fair to say that I needed a house cleaning if I wanted my girlfriend to stay. So this last Saturday, I finally gave in. The cleaners came in at 11 AM and left at 1 PM. The team lead was named Veronica and she was understanding, very detailed-​oriented, and helpful. After the two hours that the cleaners had been there, this is what I noticed: the floors felt brand new in bare feet; the kitchen was spotless (they even washed our dishes and cleaned an uncleanable range!!); every surface in the house was dusted; the bathroom smelled like flowers (the whole house actually smelled like flowers); and they left a little delicious bar of soap showing their appreciation. I also suspect they went to Hogwarts because there is no way they should’ve been able to do what they did in the time they did it in.
