Tom and Lin Catering has an established reputation for exceptional food, creativity and presentation combined with outstanding service. We are committed to purveying food from reputable sources using Local grown produce and top imported artisan choices. TLC’s New American-​style cuisine is abound with inventive interpretations and modern creations based on the very best traditions of American, regional and international cuisine.

Business Owner

Chef Tom Baumbach, Executive Chef-​Owner of Tom and Lin Catering is a Phoenix native. He grew up working in his family’s business. His father taught him the art of and loyalty to local small business. As a chef, Tom has a commitment to the farmers of Arizona and the beautiful produce the state has to offer.

Lin, Event Coordinator of Tom and Lin Catering has the gift of hospitality. She has worked as a server in some of the most prestigious restaurants and in Banquets at the World Renown Phoenician Resort.

After their wedding in 2006, Tom and Lin Catering started to take shape in the form of Private Dining experiences for friends and family as well catering meals for Non-​Profit and Fundraising Events.

Tom and Lin Catering as we know it was born in 2013 and continues to strive for excellence in cuisine as well as the care of the guests. At Tom and Lin Catering, you can «Taste the TLC».
