Tow 4 Less

Called them they were prompt and the driver was very friendly and did a great job. Problem was that they quoted me a price, which changed 3 times on the phone and I understand why. Dispatcher had the wrong location then had to adjust for my vehicle being locked in park. I agreed to the price, driver came out, and did great, but the price went up $ 20. They need to stick to the price that they quoted.

Last Saturday had my car towed twice by this company. Visiting AZ and though I had a battery that died because of heat. Had car towed to Oreilly’s Auto Part located at 2925 N. Scottsdale Road. Moses (not spelled correctly) was the person that picked up car and towed. He was profession, kind and very helpful. This company was more reasonable priced compared to other tow companies. Unfortunately, my car required a second tow because the battery was ok. Moses came back within a few minutes and we went to Ron Fessel Automotive LLC located at 903 N. Miller Rd Suite B in Tempe, AZ. I required a new starter. All three AZ businesses were excellent. Honest, helpful and customer focused. Made a bad day better to deal with. My experience is jaded as a female when working with car repair problems, but this was such a positive experience I can’t say enough nice things.

I’d called around to several towing companies in PHX as I had an inoperable vehicle I needed moved. The greatest appeal of Tow 4 Less is their etched in stone FLAT RATE, so you are unlikely to encounter «hidden» costs; secondly, the dispatcher (Christy? Kristi?) was very accommodating, made some great suggestions and understood I was on a tight schedule; and lastly, the driver, Moses, arrived at the scheduled time of 1pm sharp, ready to load up the vehicle.
Apart from there being additional car parts to transport (it was a disabled «project» car) it required quite a bit of effort to move it from the garage onto the trailer (it had no steering wheel, no brakes, etc.) a task that he performed effortlessly (even though moving it onto the street would have made his task simpler, when I asked to winch it up onto the trailer directly from in the garage, he readily agreed and maneuvered the 5^th wheel tandem trailer as if he’d done it a thousand times).
Delivery was uneventful, the driver professional, pleasant and went to extraordinary lengths to make the whole process as painless as possible. I told him to drop it in a narrow spot in the yard and voilà! It was as if the Hand of God had lowered it from the heavens ;^) I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great service from start to finish! Dispatcher was friendly and helpful. Driver was prompt and professional.

I want to state that usually if I am posting a review about a towing company it is to complain. So imagine my surprise when Chris (the dispatcher) got Ray (our tow truck operator) to us not only almost an hour early, but we had been forced to change our location at the «request» of an officer and had just reported it to the service not 10 minutes before. So in my book Chris is a awesome dispatcher I wish that there were more of them. Ray was friendly and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. You see getting a motorcycle towed usually means damage to the cycle. Not this time. He secured my R1 and got it to the house without incident and in a timely fashion. He also stuck to the original quote for the expense even though we had been forced to move some distance away. So you can bet your last dollar that if I should ever need a towing service I will be calling Chris and Ray at Tow4Less… Thank you gentleman I truly appreciate it. Just called to have a scissor lift moved. Dispatch said someone would be there in ½ hr. They were early, Jim was professional, courteous and quick. Would definitely use them again, and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you!

Randy met me out on the I-​10 last night when my car decided it didn’t want to shift out of first gear. Great guy, friendly, and even went out of his way to drive me to my destination after dropping the car off at the shop.

I had a great experience with Tow 4 Less. Just my luck I had a tire blowout and I had to wait a bit but since it was NYE I expected a delay. Randy was my tow truck driver (#195) and he’s great. Very professional and offered great customer service. I highly recommend him. The dispatcher was also very nice and professional.

Very first review ever on Unilocal!
First of all the reason I selected this wonderful company to tow my car was based on Unilocal reviews. Most, if not all of the other towing companies had reviews that were 8 months, 1 year, 3 years old and Tow 4 Less had many reviews from the past several months.
Secondly, they are a family business and I always try to support those.
I called last week to set up the pick up of a car of mine that doesn’t get used very often and needed to get taken to the mechanic for a tune-​up. The woman on the phone was very nice and I scheduled the pick up time and day for 7:30am today (this is about 6 days from when I called last week).
Milt showed up and was very kind and friendly… ended up helping me push the car out of the garage into the street where he loaded the car in just a few minutes. He was on time and friendly to not only me, but my children as well… joking with them and then saying that life’s too short to go through life without having fun.
The bill for taking my car from Phoenix to Tempe was as advertised… something like $ 55 pick up and then a minimal fee per mile… the total was $ 83.00 for a flatbed tow!

Kudos to Mel. He was very friendly and towed my car back to my house for the quoted price. Not cheap but it was a 25 mi tow and the least expensive. I would call them again if needed.

Not capable of telling the truth. They will promise too be there at 3:00 but will not. They than will claim 10 minutes for the next two hours. Avoid at all cost.

I called to have my Camry taken to the mechanic. I got Shelley who was super helpful in talking out my situation with me, gave me some pretty good ideas on how to get my car from the parking lot to the mechanic. I have very little time to do anything and I had to get my car taken care of on my lunch break. She was great! Sympathetic, helpful, and full of useful information. Tow was cheap, although I do have roadside, I still had to pay out of pocket and it was only about $ 15. I left my car where they could get it, and my car was successfully delivered to the mechanic! Now once the work is done, I’ll rate them too! Thank you Shelley and Tow4Less for helping me out, my day is stressful enough and ya’ll made it just a little better! It’s the little things that count!

Today turned into a great night. Regardless of the fact that the car battery died. We got a awesome driver named «Sel». If I was working there and had the power to, id give him a raise. He was the nicest soul we have ever crossed paths with. Thank you Tow4less! will let all my friends know about this company. Hopefully nothing happens where ill need towing again… but if it does ill make sure to call this company.

I just hung up from one of the most disturbing customer service situations I’ve ever been in. After being kept on hold for what felt like forever — in 105 degree heat! — my call was answered by a woman who seemed disinterested in helping me from the second she picked up.
After hurrying me through the phone call and peppering me with questions, she asked for an exact street address (even after asking for the the main cross streets), which I had to look up for her. While still on the phone — she turned away from the receiver and said — to someone I can only imagine was a coworker — «I wish these people that called us were prepared.»
Well receptionist lady, I wish — that I wasn’t left on hold in 105 degree heat. I wish — that my clutch didn’t blow out. I wish — that I didn’t have to spend 10 minutes on the phone with someone like you. I wish — that you had a little more patience for me to fish out the business card of my shop just like I had while I was waiting for you just to take me off hold. I wish — that I don’t have to use your services… oh wait that wish came true. Before I called Tow 4 Less I called 4 other tow companies who actually respected my time and had reasonable rates.
My suggestion is to shop around, there are other tow companies out there.

Bob and Linda are great! I would highly recommend them if you need a tow. Luckily they were pretty close and they showed up so fast and thank goodness, I was stranded on the side of the freeway and cars were flying by so fast it was scary. I will be calling them again to tow my car to the mechanic. I won’t call anyone but them from now on and so should you! :)

Called in to get a tow. Told them I needed it by a certain time and pretty much within the hour to get to the shop before it closes. I call 1 hr and 20 min later and they tell me that the driver is taking longer with his last tow. Well, if I had known up front I could have called someone else.

Awesome service — THANK YOU! From Robin who hooked me up with numbers and did a she could to help cut our tow bill down, to Bob and Linda who brought us and my baby all the way to town from halfway to Sedona — you all have our business for life!

Stuck in the middle of nowhere with the serpentine belt hanging loosely in the exact way it was designed not to; an hour from home … and its dark … and its the weekend. Finding a tow truck is going to be a nightmare — an expensive nightmare.
I found Tow4Less on Unilocal.They were nice, they were less expensive than I was expecting and they were fast.

I used these guys several times, save the day, for less. And In one case they went above and beyond to load a commercial trailer with blown bearings and get it back to my shack .I will use no one else and refer them when every it comes up.
