Horrible experience, one item in my order was apparently on back order but I was never contacted about this. When I placed the order the item said in stock. I did not know about this until I noticed on my bank statement that I had an additional charge. Instead of crediting my account for the item
That was not available they charged me separately for the items that were shipped. How can you authorize a charge without my consent? Or even contacting me? I called customer service to cancel my entire order bc it was a birthday gift and would not arrive in time. I was told that if my items could not be canceled i would receive a call back and if they were cancelled I would get a confirmation email, I received neither. Mind you, this company seems to be owned or brokered by onlinestores so I am not sure who to blame. Either way I am completely dissatisfied with my experience and I have no pool toys, no confirmations, and no call back, but still have charges on my account! How convenient for them.

I only write reviews when businesses are really good or really bad. I’m happy to say that this is one of those times when the business is really good. I love customer service. I eat it up when a company will treat their customers correctly.
My wife and I ordered a pool toy for my nephew recently, and didn’t realize that there was a color option. He received a hot pink jeep for his second birthday! I quickly called Toysplash, and left a message explaining the situation and asking if there was any way to exchange the pink one for a more ‘boy’ color. Within 15 minutes I had a voicemail from Lauren at Toysplash saying that he would send out a green one as well as a return label so that they could return the pink one at no cost. Within one hour I had an email from the shipping company saying that it was already in the mail. I didn’t even have to call them back, he literally took care of everything for me in one fell swoop!
That is superhero customer service! I will never buy another pool toy from another online retailer. Toysplash has my business for LIFE!

Awesome website for pool, beach, river & lake toy’, s float’s, tubes, lounges & rafts. I only wish there is a walk in store, but shipping was reasonable and I got it the NEXT DAY!
