I called last night and asked about fixing a broken screen on my phone. They asked what kind of phone I had and I told them a 6S, the person I spoke with said it could be fixed and it would be $ 109. I asked what time they opened on Sunday and they told me 11. I planned my day around going in at 11 so I could have my phone fixed. I arrived and they told me they could not fix an iPhone 6S. It’s on their website that they can and the employee working Saturday night said they could, yet they can’t. Had I known last night that they couldn’t fix it I would have made other arrangements for it today.
Please make sure your website is accurate and your employees are trained so people like me don’t waste their time with your store.

Never again! Seems it is a common practice for their employees to state a certain time frame and yet once they have you on the hook, you have no choice but to wait twice as long!
I dropped off my IPad on Friday afternoon. Monday afternoon came and no phone call that it was fixed. I decided to stop at their office which I waited in line for 15 minutes. Two new patrons dropped off their devices and were told 30 – 45 minutes to fix their device. Once my turn came the employee behind the counter informed me that my device wasn’t done and would have to wait another three hours! The employee had no response why I had to wait another three hours and new patrons could get theirs done in 30– 45 mins?!
On my second attempt to pick up my IPad, two new patrons complained about being told one time frame and Ubreakifix not keeping their word. Ubreakifix needs to have some common courtesy of people’s time. I should’ve read others reviews before using this service. Congratulations Ubreakitifix, you have lost yet another potential and loyal customer.

Replaced my screen in under 30 minutes; very friendly people. Took the time to discuss how to better protect my iPhone. The screen works great as I’m typing on it right now.
I hope that I don’t have to use them very often but we have 5 iPhone’s in my house so I am sure that sooner or later I will need to and I will definitely come back.

I brought my Samsung Galaxy in because of a cracked screen. I had no other problems with the phone. The tech who worked on my phone accidentally damaged the LCD so instead of being told I would get my phone in 2 – 3 hours it instead turned into 6 hours. Since it was a Friday I figured as long as it was done right I would be happy. After paying $ 98 I took my phone home over the weekend and on Sunday, the LCD went black. I had to take the phone back in and I think a different tech had to fix it. I thought the initial price to repair the cracked was kind of high but I figured as long as its done right that was my main concern. The inconvenience I had isn’t worth it. On a good note, all the employees were very polite and courteous.

This place is as good as it gets for repairing a shattered iPhone glass. My screen was cracked not too long ago and I needed to get it replaced. I hopped on Unilocal and found this business.
They have an amazing check-​in offer on Unilocal where they give you a tempered glass screen protector for free with any iPhone repair. It’s a $ 40 value, so I suggest getting on this to assuage those feelings of blowing money on something like a cracked phone screen… my bill came back at nearly $ 90 (ouch).
I won’t plan on having any further screen issues with my iPhone, but if you’re near 16^th St. & Camelback in Phoenix, and were in need of these types of services, check these guys out-they’re next to Sports Authority. The turnaround time for getting your phone back is typically less than 45 minutes.

Don’t go here. They took 3 hours when they said 45 mins to an hour. Also it’s a little sketchy because they don’t repair your phone in front of you. They do it in the back behind a wall, behind a curtain. Also super expensive. I’ve had to get my boss’ phone repaired twice and I’d definitely recommend a mobile service instead, where you can watch the repair happen, it’s faster And more affordable. Watched as other customers came in and waited as well, almost all of them having to ask when their phones would be ready. A couple of which also had complaints. All staff was probably early to mid 20’s at the most– and surprisingly none had an explanation for the extra wait time.

These guys did a phenomenal job on repairing my HTC One. The glass was cracked after a single drop, and they recommended it would take a few days after the part had been ordered. I followed-​up with them the next week after leaving my phone with them and they took care of it within a day. Admire the craftsmanship and care that they took into fitting the glass back in and running tests after the replacement has been made. My HTC is back and running like it was brand new– and I didn’t have to deal with a more expensive upgrade in order to get my service working again! Thanks to the team at ubreakifix!

I’ve been here a couple times and they fixed my phone. Always a line to talk to front desk guy. They’ve done good repairs, but they have customer service opportunities. Not good on the phone when I called for a status update (I only called because they said it would be ready by that time). They’re also more expensive and take longer than competition down the street (Phoenix I Phone Repair). $ 150 instead of $ 105 and 4hrs instead of one hour for a screen replacement on a Saturday morning. I don’t think I’ll be going back.

We had given up almost all hope before finally going to this store regarding an iphone that wasn’t pretty but was working fine just the day before it just cut out. Within a few minutes the nice man behind the counter wrote up a receipt for $ 45 and had a preliminary diagnosis of a battery issue that should be resolved with replacement. As promised, an hour later the phone was ready and as good as it was before it stopped working.
I’d recommend this place for anybody! They actually try to fix your phone and the costs are reasonable.

Tragically my iphone 6 slipped out of my back pocket, hit the tile floor perfectly and cracked my screen. The first thought i had was to search for iphone repair shops in my area. This store came up, the website is excellent, they give you what they can do and the price at what they can do it for. They even have a section where you can make an appointment online. Appointment time i found of is nice but not really necessary. They take anyone first come first serve.
To fix my phone i paid 119.12! It only took 1 hour! This place was quite awesome. The guy at the front desk was very friendly. They had a old school Mortal Kombat arcade game that was free, and a nice big size TV to watch while you waited.
I highly recommend this store and location.

The owner of this business contacted me after my initial review. It took quite a bit of convincing, however I was swayed to give them a final attempt at having a different experience. Initially my gut knotted as I handed over my smart phone; by the end of the day I was asking to thank Abraham personally. He genuinely is trying to provide a good service, and reputable store. If you’re having any difficulty or think you should be having a better experience, ask for him directly.

DONT GO HERE!!! I go in to get my iPhone 6 diagnosed and was told that the phone would take a minute, to look at and 30min to fix and to «go have lunch» I thought about walking out the door yet stayed inside… heard the unprofessional manager yell «what does she want fixed but doesn’t want to pay» we don’t have cameras or a parts for that, laughing, talking about how they already promised people they can fix things yet they can’t and snickering and whispering about personal info on aps with even more rudeness.
I then felt very disrespected and asked for my phone back. The front desk boy runs back and tells the guys that «she heard everything we said»
Still wanting to leave they said it would take a few to put the phone «back together» when there was no time to take it apart. I feel my information was compromised and have never been treated so unethically.

I brought my Galaxy S4 here because the power/​lock button had started to malfunction and the phone wouldn’t boot. They quoted me $ 70 but said they would do a full diagnostic for free to make sure that was the culprit — 24 – 48 hours estimated. I get a phone call the same day that it’s ready (they skipped the diagnostic and went straight to repair it seems) and that they used «customer supplied parts.» That’s weird, I didn’t supply any parts, I say, and what happened to the diagnostic? The person on the phone says something I can’t really understand as an explanation and that they can undo the repair if I don’t want it, but that it’s only $ 50. I tell them I do indeed want my phone fixed and that I’ll come pick it up.
I’ve had this S4 for almost 2 years and have been very particular about keeping it safe — always in a case, always with a screen protector. It was in nearly immaculate condition when I dropped it off, with one tiny indent on a bottom corner. I would find it excusable if I got it back with a new scratch or two, but what I got back hardly resembles my own phone. Specifically, the outer bezel is completely destroyed — it has this silver finish to it that shows scratches very easily, and it looks like it’s been put through the dryer a couple of times.
Very upset as you can imagine, I ask the cashier, «what happened to this — where is my old one?» He assures me that they didn’t replace anything and that this is how they received it. I reassert that this is absolutely not how it was brought in to the cashier, and he then went and got the tech that performed the work, who reiterated that he did not replace/​remove the bezel or alter any parts, and that this was a case of «he said/​she said.» I am very angry but pay the $ 50 anyways seeing as there’s nothing I can do to prove it. So here I am with a ruined but functional phone, writing an angry review.
So, if you’re going to use this place, take photos of your items before bringing them in.
Edit 2÷24÷15: Their customer service is definitely on their game though. Not even 24 hours later, and they’ve called to see what they can do. It’s going to take a couple of days for the parts but they have offered to fix it. Very respectful and cordial over the phone. I’ll update once the repair is done.

Thanks guys, you saved my clueless parents from investing in another upgrade and high tech «phone» they don’t ever use. What ever happened to the basic cell phone?
Anyway, we needed a new battery for Mom’s iPhone, and the sweet tech at the carrier store recommended we drive down Camelback to Youbreakwefix store…

My peeps are happy they get to keep the old phone, and Mom gets to keep her NASCAR M&M phone cover (She loves Kyle!), and might even learn how to text me, for now the new battery she got at Ubreakifix will keep it charged more than 30 minutes… Yay!

5 Stars for Fast & Friendly customer service. Your immediately greeted when you walk through the door. My extremely cracked cell phone was fixed for less than $ 20.00 in no more than 15 mins. The great thing is it comes with a 90-​day guarantee. I have yet to find a better deal in town.
It is a small shop in the Sports Authority shopping center. They have seating with a big screen TV while you wait. Along with a vintage arcade game. The clean store has items for sale to protect your phone.
