Valentine Sales & Management is a a family owned and operated management company with over 38 years experience in the Phoenix real estate market.

We primarily focus on property management of single and multi family homes in the phoenix-​metro area. We have a full time leasing team with 4 leasing agents, a marketing team, a very experienced Property Manager, and the maintenance Department. We strive to find quality tenants using state of the art technology and years of experience. We handle as much or as little as you would like us to do. We will handle it from start to finish without you having to lift a finger! We are in continuous contact with homeowners associations to make sure any violations are taken care of in a timely manner, as to reduce the chances of fines or judgements based on tenant mistakes. We also make sure your tenants are informed on both the homeowners association cc’rs and the city code.
