Our Story

Once upon a time there were two doctors discussing the limitations of our current health care system. The question was posed: «How can we ACTIVELY help our patients create resilient health in their daily lives?»

Resiliency is defined as an individual’s ability to properly adapt and recover readily to stress and adversity. We came to understand resiliency as optimizing your biological potential at every stage of your life span to allow for the fullest experience of life.

What if we created a space where generally healthy individuals could go to specifically work on the action steps? An implementation space.

Having the accessibility to take charge of your specific health needs is much more than just a personal reward. We have witnessed the positive effects on the families, neighbors, friends, and even the community when one individual has the courage to actively enhance their life.
