History

Established in 2002.

Prior to being licensed to perform architecture, Mike Marden founded Western Design Studio, Inc. in 2002. Although licensed shortly thereafter, the company’s name never changed to identify architecture, the industry it serves. In 2010 however, the firm has changed that by finally making a name for itself. This is not only evident with its new title «WDS Architecture», but in the way it delivers its product… faster and more affordable than most architects, with what we are constantly being told are better drawings. By living up to its slogans «You don’t have to spend a lot for quality drawings» and «Hire an architect with your draftsman budget», WDS (Architecture) is now becoming the company of choice for residential and commercial «architecture».

Business Owner

Michael Marden holds an AZ Architectural Registration by the Arizona Board of Technical Registrations and a Certification by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He did his undergraduate work at Arizoina State University where he earned a Pella Award for Design Excellence and earned his Masters from University of New Mexico, where he graduated with Distiction. When not practicing Architecture, Mike enjoys spending time with his Wife an Children, participating in Men’s Worship Groups, Mentoring and Coaching Youth.
