Specialties
We specialize in traditional and exotic way of making coffee and Tea. We are also very well known for our gourmet cupcakes which are baked by my wife.
History
Established in 2012.
After being laid off in 2009 and not finding work for a little over two years, I decided to utilize what was left of my retirement after the market crashed.
Then I convinced my wife to utilize her talent in baking and cooking to help me start a café which focuses on gourmet cupcakes. Meanwhile, I realize the need for additional products, so I decided to train at one of the most recognized barista school in the US and the world of specialty coffee, The American Barista and Coffee School in Portland, Oregon.
There, I learned about the business of coffee making which enhanced my knowledge. And because of my love for traditional methods in food business, I decided to offer exotic ways of preparing coffee in many different traditional ways and cultures.
Today, we also offer panini where the meats we make are of traditional Pilipino like Chicken Adobo, Pulled Pork (lechon sttyle), Cheesesteak (bistek style), and Ham.
