I had never had someone hit my car, so I really didn’t know what the process was to make sure that all the repairs are covered. The people here were fantastic at walking me through the process and working with the insurance company to ensure that I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket.
Their staff are very kind and professional (Dwayne is seriously one of the nicest people I have ever met), and they definitely are looking to give you the best end result possible.
My car was in the shop for a total of 10 days (extensive front end work).
I will do all auto body work for my cars here in the future.

I’m a regular at Rutherford… unfortunately… I’ve had my share of fender benders, and Rutherford is my go-​to fixers. They have good estimates and have always kept me informed of price/​parts/​timing changes. Trish, their secretary, is friendly and personable. She takes the reins when it comes to rental cars, and I’ve never been left standing, waiting for an automobile.
I’ve tried one other collision repair place, and Rutherford continues to hold my heart… er, my crunched car parts!
