This place is a life saver, every single time I’m in a jam I come here and it never fails they hook me up with the best prices. Eduardo is amazing very professional and hooks it up seriously, i needed to upgrade my insurance on the spot due to buying a new car, they wouldn’t let me leave without full coverage, because I was not prepared, I called, and Eduardo made it SUPER SUPER easy by doing everything by phone quickly and best of all super cheap wow I really did not expect that. I’m a very happy customer !! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GUYS CALL THIS PLACE ASK FOR EDUARDO!

Sandy Lach… I applaud you. She worked very hard to find some savings for my auto insurance. I was very impressed with the savings and type of coverage that I decided to let her give me a quote for home insurance.

What a mess, and what good people
Getting service can take some effort, because of miss organization
But their service is worth the wait/​effort
They are always honest, helpful, and find their customers grate rates. Ara specifically thinks outside the box to help cover all my insurance needs in the most affordable way.
I STRONGLY suggest to anyone who can deal with a bit of a mess/​phone tag, but wants to save some money, and still get top quality insurance

Ara is the best you have to go to him when buying insurance. He really knows the business and is very knowledgable in what he does. :)

Originally I had given Calico a bad review because I was unable to find the page of the INFINITY branch I was trying to give a review to and Calico was my broker. However, I’m almost at the very end of my claim process for an accident I was involved in and not at fault for. I had not called Calico to inform them of the accident because I was already dealing with INFINITY Ins. directly and they had even bad mouth Calico, chalking them up as brokers who will say anything to sell a policy.
But Ara from Calico called me and took care of me as much to his ability. I wish I would have called him earlier because I had such a hard time trying to get in contact with ANY Infinity agents including managers but Ara made me feel like I was first priority. He was able to get a hold of an agent as well as a manager and always kept me informed and followed up with me quickly. He even helped by giving me quotes to other Insurance co.‘s since he knew I was so angry & dissatisfied with Infinity.
I’ve been a Calico customer for a few years already even since my previous vehicle and have always been satisfied. Whatever next Insurance co. I end up going with, Calico will always stand out for their GREAT customer service and ability to go above and beyond to their valued customers.
Plus, they have some pretty cool Dali paintings on the walls so makes waiting interesting and worth the wait. :)
