Went for lunch with co workers. Our food took forever. The manager with blonde hair came out to tell us that our food was taking long. Yes! We know that. The manager just walked away from the table and didn’t seem to care that we were dissatisfied. When we got up to leave the waitress who was not ours apologized for the food taking too long. We didn’t get her name, but she had a scarf on her head.

I’m not too sure about this place. When we walked in(around 9pm) there was a hostess standing by the door. She gave me a weird look, like she wasn’t sure if she wanted to talk to me. But she said«do you want to sit in the bar or over here»(as she points to the non bar side). I said«not the bar please.» She looked worry and walked away without saying anything. She then sat us down about a minute later. We waited at the table for about 20 minutes for anyone to help us. No matter how many waiters/waitresses past us, NOONE said a word to us. The waiter finally came, took our drink and food order. He was nice though… just kind of slow with service.

Location and food are ideal… BUT the wait and food prep time are awful. Even during the week there is a min of 30⁄35 min wait for small parties under 4 people. Host claims is due to lack of sufficient waiters. Once you have been sat. Waiter seems to be rushed and the food from the kitchen takes as long as the wait to be sat. Another 30 mins. Very slow here. Even with the manager out helping it’s still slow going.

Not pleased. There were many empty tables and it took 15 minutes to sit us down. It took over 10 minutes for them to give my boyfriend his soda. My boyfriend ordered the trio fajitas and it tasted burned. I ordered the steak tacos and they had no flavor.

This is usually my favorite go to restaurant. My boyfriend and I come here pretty often and the service is always great. Unfortunately we went today and our waiter Brianna was just terrible. Took 45 mins to get an appetizer which was Texas cheese fries. By the time we got it the food was cold. When the rest of the food came an hour had gone by. The food was great but I wasn’t even hungry anymore. So sad to see this happen at my favorite place specially for a week day(Wednesday at 4 p.m.)

So I came here today for my sister’s birthday. This was also my first time eating at Chili’s. I’d say I had a pleasant experience. We were promptly seated down, mainly because they weren’t very busy. We were seated where there were already people eating, probably so it’s easier for the servers to group us together. I didn’t mind. Now there were these machines to order/pay, don’t touch these unless to order/pay. I made the mistake of toying around. I never pressed the button to buy the games but somehow I did, luckily there was a cancel button. We took quite a long time finding what we wanted to order, but the server was nice about it. She came in to check multiple times if we were ready. My sister and mother ordered the $ 20 dinner for two(for lunch), and I ordered the lunch double burger combo which came with either soup or salad. The salad serving was incredibly small. I thought it’d be a lot bigger but it seemed like something off the kids menu. The burger was alright. It’s above fast food restaurants but for the price of $ 8 I’d rather buy a burger combo from Carl’s Jr and get my money’s worth. The burger patties had a thick crust on them, some might like it that way but I didn’t really care. My mother said the ribs were dry and my sister’s dish was salty but for Asians dining in other Americanized restaurants everything is pretty salty. Now the desserts were pretty bad. First off, just by the looks you could see it was overcooked and burned in some parts. Occasionally you could get whiffs of burned smells and tastes. The ice cream on top of the cookie did a good job of masking it but the cinnamon roll’s sides and top were hard and dark brown. I wouldn’t really recommend getting those desserts. The service was good. Our server was attentive and courteous. The servers weren’t around that often but came in to serve the food. She came in to check periodically to see if we needed refills or wanted to order dessert after we finished eating. She explained we could either pay with the machine or with the usual method. We opted for the machine and used our $ 25 gift cards. Overall I think it deserves a 4 star. The service was good, food was OK, and it was a nice experience.

The service here sucks. I had asked the waitress if it was happy hour and instead of answering me she put the machine in front of me. I tried asking the machine but I don’t think it understood me. After waiting there for about 10 minutes, without any water brought out to us, we decided to leave and spend our money somewhere else where they would greet us properly, answer our questions, and take our order.

This place had a wait time of over 45 minutes, when we went in we were asked to give our phone number and they would send us a text, we have them out cell phone and we realized there were a couple dirty tables that were vacant and yet their was no seats available and 3 lady’s upfront taking reservations, who needs 3 people at the counter when you have tables that can be cleared so other people can sit. We cancelled our check in as soon as we saw this because we knew we were not going to get good service if nothing was even done at the beginning to try and get us a seat. Thumbs down to this place and not all the staff but at least the ones in the front. Very disappointing night.

Service is terrible. The place is super busy and you have waiters and hostesses just talking while there’s empty tables. Waited an hour to be seated and finally after sitting out waiter never showed. We’re hungry/thirsty and have been patient. So after 15mins of waiting on our server we left. Service is a joke. If you don’t want to do your job find a new one.

Disappointed. My sons food came out 10 mins after mine. We had to ask the hostess if she knew where our waitress was do that I could ask where his food was. Not coming back here again.

Okay so I came here the other day during a weekday Laker game and it was crowded even on a work day. The bar was slammed and the dining area had a 30 minute wait for 5 people. So I guess business is good but I was still able to squeeze three of us at the bar while I waited for my brother to show up with his daughter. I found out that they offer happy hour till 7pm for $ 5 large draft beers like Coors and Sam Adams. Once my brother arrived we checked in at the podium and we were sat in about 15 minutes. So I consider that quick service because the hostess tried to make us wait as little as possible. Once we were sat we asked our waitress if we could get some beers at happy hour cost before it ended and she said it had to be ordered at the bar. We asked if we could go buy them there and bring them over and she said that is fine. That was very nice of her so we hooked her up with a nice tip at the end of our meal. We ordered a few apps and they all tasted good nothing unique but it is a restaurant chain. The nice thing about the quality of the food is that nothing tasted old and nothing had that nasty oil flavor that you get from other places that don’t take care of their stuff. Our server was also very attentive and the bathroom was clean so I will be coming back to this particular Chili’s.

Sunday night football… bar 40% full. Poor bar service. No eye contact. Bartender can’t figure out how to the closed captioning on the monitors. So… I’m thirsty! I’m lonely! ! And I have no idea what the score is because of CC!

I am not a big fan of corporate restaurants because of one simple fact — you are not treated as a guest so it was no big surprise when I was invited by my parents to join them for dinner at the Chili’s in Pico Rivera that I would have a bad experience. But rather than trying to convince my parents to go elsewhere, I thought I’d give them a chance. But what can I say, when I’m right, I’m right. If I’m wrong I could’ve been right. Haha. Anyway, from the moment we got there it seemed like chaos. Now before I begin my actual review, I think it’s only fair to tell you why my parents chose Chili’s for dinner. My Mom received an email from them advertising $ 5 margaritas and $ 0.21 chips and salsa. So she printed the email and planned on going there with my Dad. Unfortunately, my Dad was already a little buzzed from drinking beers and cutting the lawn all day on his day off, so naturally my Mom wanted me to join them so I could drive them there.(my mom doesn’t like driving at night, FYI) On to our experience… so we walk through the door and there is nobody at the front to greet us. The small desk area is packed and everyone is standing around looking at each other like«what the heck is going on». We can clearly see that it was a busy night but there were empty tables in clear sight in the dining area to accommodate everyone standing in the front desk area. So when the greeter finally makes his way to the desk he takes our name and tells us that it will be 20 minutes. He then suggests we might want to take a seat at the bar for faster service. Now the guy who greeted us seemed like he wasn’t actually the greeter but one of the servers and noticed that there were too many people at the door and tried helping out — kudos to him. Naturally, everyone goes to the bar and fills in every seat including us. We ended up at a corner table at the left end of the bar. The table was dirty and it took five minuted before anyone noticed we took our seats there. We were eye to eye with the bartender and everything and he didn’t even acknowledge us or try to tell the server responsible to do anything. Well, now that I’m thinking about this review, it’s absolutely absurd to go on. I am going to summarize it right here… poor service in general with the exception of this asian guy who comped us a free dessert, not very clean, food was luke warm, dad’s steak was well done when he ordered it medium, fajitas were not sizzling when they came out, carnitas on the fajitas plate were burned, margarita was served in a regular glass, place was dirty, and bartender was not helpful or friendly at all. Needless to say it was a horrible experience and restaurants like Chili’s need to focus more on operations, service, cleanliness, and better quality food. I will never come here again. One last thing, how do you ruin a chocolate chip cookie? Can you say bootleg pazookie? LOL Holla!

The waiter here was supper attentive and on top of things as soon as my drinks was running low or my chips and guacamole was finished he would be their to fill up either. If he would have sat at my table he couldn’t have been more attentive. Unfortunately the food took way to long to serve I was waiting for about an hour if not more for my food. It did come out tasting the way it should but the speed of service was horrible

I like Chili’s… I’ll take Chili’s over Applebees anytime! We usually get the 2 for $ 20.00 which personally I think it’s a great deal. For the appetizer we always get the chips with guacamole and salsa… love it. For the entrée, I’ve tried the Cajun Chicken Pasta, Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas and their Crispy Chicken Crispers(Honey-chipotle), all very flavorful. The restaurant is hardly busy(at least during the couple of times I’ve been there), it’s kept pretty clean and the customer service is good. I’ll continue to swing by whenever I’m in the area.

We came here after a baseball game for our team moms birthday. We were a party of 27 and they accommodated us very well. The wait staff was very friendly and hustled to get the ordering started. I had there new soft tacos with carnitas a side of rice and some black beans. Although the foot was good the carnitas were salty. At that point I thought I should have ordered a different meat. The rice was a little undercooked and ended up leaving it on the plate. My fiancée had the turkey bacon murther with avocado and fries. Fries were sent back because they were cold and soft. You know they’ve been sitting there for a while. For a turkey burger she thought it was good. To drink I had the Sam Adams seasonal beer and she had a vodka soda with two lines. Can’t never go wrong with drinks. Will go back if invited but not a place we would usually go to.

Last night my wife and I went on date to have dinner at Chili’s in Pico Rivera just the two of us with nobody can’t interfer with our date night. We arrive at Chili’s it looks the same from the outside but inside big the restaurant wow very modern totally different from the last time we been here. They have change everything inside including the bar section of this Chili’s it look really nice, I really like it my wife was impressed the total change she like. When we arrive at Chili’s it was pack, the hostess told the bar have seats but we say no but we like to seat at a table. They found a table for us and then the hostess past put the menu to us.. The menu have change a lot since we been here. We saw what we want we order the two for $ 35 that’s including two margarita that also comes with appiziter and your choice of meal and dessert for $ 35 that’s a hell of a price. The appiziter we order was the spicy panko onion rings for dinner the both of us order the chicken fajitas.. The first meal they brought us was the spicy panko onion rings very good great flavor but I couldn’t taste the spiciness, but we like it also comes with ranch dipping sauce. Combine with the ranch and spicy panko onion rings great flavor. They brought us our margarita drinks they were refreshing enjoy with the spicy panko onion rings. I notice they being us our chicken fajita they were streaming hot and also including the flour tortilla. The chicken fajitas were really good flavors like the chicken with the onions and green peppers plus spices combine together amazing fajitas it also comes with topping separate on it own stand. . After finished with our meal we order our dessert I can’t remember the name of the dessert it like the they in BJ’S brewhouse. The dessert was really good very gooey and such much chocolate plus that scoop of vanilla make playing field even that the dessert was so devilish delicious. Overall we like everything about Chili’s the food and the service we have a nice time.
