Tina is the person to go to for Mani and Pedi!!! She is very nice and does a very good job. Ryan is the person to go to if you want a full set. They are very friendly here!!! The price are really reasonable.

It’s rare that I give a single star, but this place deserved it! The reason it received one star was because unfortunately you can’t give zero stars. The host at the entrance is great, good customer service and a smile, unfortunately I can’t say the same for the staff, at least the older lady I was assigned to get a pedicure by. First off the water was boiling hot, like a menso I put my feet inside thinking she had felt the water beforehand. Second, she was so rough! Two toes(both big toes and two of the small ones) she made bleed. OUCH! She blamed me saying, «too much skin». I’m a guy and really, i don’t know what that means, but I needed to get my toe nails clipped, that’s why I’m here. Finally, she asked me if I wanted the sea salt on my legs, by this point I was in pain and wanted to get up out of here, so I said no. But before I left, I wanted my smooth feet. Granted I’m a size 13 and my feet needed some TLC. So I asked her, «can I get some feet scrub so they’re smooth»? She made a face and said, «this no work 100%, your feet will not be all smooth». I’ve never had any nail lady tell me that, so I asked, «well what’s the percent that my feet will be smooth»? She said, «I don’t know»! She scrubs for less then a minute on each foot and says, «ready». My feet clearly still needed to be scrubbed but she began putting her equipment away. I was so upset since there was no towel laid down for my feet to dry and she immediately began to clean the foot tub to rush me off. While drying my feet with the upper portion of my sock, I saw my toes continue bleeding which was obvious, so I showed them to her and told her, «you hurt me and my feet are bleeding». When I showed her she acted like she didn’t understand and said«Oh bleeding? What bleed?» I was so pissed, I finished drying my feet and told the host that«I usually give really good tips because I expect good service and the woman that did my pedicure didn’t have to do it if she didn’t want to cause she did a terrible job»! I also told her that it was my first and last time patronizing that business. She did say that next time she will do my pedicure since she does a better job. My response was, why didn’t you do it in the first place. I still paid with bloody toes and left! No tip was left. So you ask, who was the woman that«attended me»: older(45 – 55), light, thin build, shoulder length-black straight hair with a part in the middle and wear glasses(black plastic frame) — BEWARE! Say NO to the Nail Salon inside the Walmart at the Pico Rivera location. After I finished, I step into the Marshall’s next door and go to try on some shoes, my toes are bleeding so much, the blood had been soaked up by my socks. All bad news. If I get an ingrown toenail because of this… legal action! I’m taking the time to write this because my service was so terrible. I’m a young professional that works with small businesses to help them grow in Los Angeles, unfortunately I would not extend my hand to this one.

I’ve gone to so many nail salons to get great quality and service and this one is the best! I was so upset when Walmart temporally closed down because of the fact that their business is inside; but now that they’re open it’s my place to go! I always go to Ryan since he knows my style and has excellent service, I always leave happy with my beautiful nails

Thank you Bryan for always leaving my nails pretty. I’m always afraid of getting new people to give me pedicures and today I got a new person there but Cindy did a great job. I’m so happy you guys are back in business. *Loyal customer*

I’ve been coming here for years & i came here a week before valentines day & I’m not sure if they’re under new management but it was a mess. The person that did my nails was so RUDE. She called me picky after i told her if she could to take off the edges of nail polish on my nails because she didnt and i was going to get a french tip and i didnt want it to show and she also hurt me after i told her that it hurt when she used the device they use to shave your nails and she did it harder and cut me and asked sarcastically if it hurt me smiling. To top it off my nails came out crooked and looked like the needed a fill after 3 days. The edges of the nails scratched because they werent filed enough. I’ve never had such a horrible job and bad customer service like i did here. Never coming here again. They also dont clean their nail clippers they just shove them in their drawers and keep using them on the next person that comes. I used to LOVE this place. Very disappointed. i miss the old manager she was so sweet. Dont recommend this place to anyone anymore.

I needed a quick mani and pedi. I needed to make a quick stop at walmart. As this place is located inside. It was late and they were still open and they accommodated me with no problem. The ladies are all very nice and friendly. My pedicure was quite great and my chubby lil toes looked and felt great :) I will come back here to try out some other services as soon as I have the chance to do so. Everything seemed cleaned and organized. No complaints …

My experience here was horrible !! Usually I don’t complain but I am today ! Went in it took them 2 hours to do stiletto nails the lady said she could replicate the image I had shown her. She left my pinky in an upward position and I showed it to her .she said no its ok won’t come off. I showed her look how it curves she then started drilling inside my nail and it started bleeding and it was painful she was touching my blood .it was weird then she got up and spoke to the guy that works there she got up and started doing nails for someone else .he came and started working on me. He tried his best to make me happy but each hand was one size from the other. i paid 25 $ a few days later my nails broke ! Never again!!! and she quoted me one price over the phone went back it got jacked up to 8 more. Geez.

I recently was shopping in Walmart for last minute items for a trip. I needed my manicure and decided to give it a shot I have been doing the gel manicure and have really liked the results except after getting them done here they looked nice but started to peel off after just 3days thats a clear indication they were not done correctly, they should of at least last two weeks before any peeling. So the little money and time I thought I was saving was a waste because I need to get them done again.

not sure what anyone would expect from a nail salon inside a Walmart for $ 20,but if you’re expecting your nails looking like a $ 100 or a hand to massage you coming out of the chairs and serving you champagne, then this is not the place for you. I have been going here about 5 years now and I always make an appointment with Leena. My nails look clean and well kept everytime I come here. For $ 20 mani/pedi, I can afford to come here every 2 weeks so my nails will never look grungy. being able to shop for necessities after the fact is definitely a plus!

This place was terrible and I will never go back again. Nailport is located inside the Walmart in Pico. I was shopping for my cat when I saw the place. I was due for a mani/pedi so I decided to give the place a chance. Their prices were decent but their work wasn’t even worth their low prices. I got my pedicure first. The standard massage chairs were available as I sat in one but the lady doing my nails didn’t turn it on. When the woman started doing my feet, I instantly knew that she was going to do a half a** job and she did. My nails looked nice but I was not satisfied with the job done. I was so upset at how she did my feet that I didn’t even want her to touch my hands so I told her that I wasn’t going to get a manicure after all. Now I may be a tough customer, but aren’t you supposed to have a relaxing experience when you get your nails done??? Well there’s no way I could relax at this place. The shop is stashed in a corner making the space limited. Everyone is packed together like sardines and the conversations are loud. This place sucks.
