For someone that does not look forward to the dentist, I was pleasantly surprised. They worked with my plan care decisions and outlined everything in an easy to understand way. Dr. Becky is the best, quick, and best part pain free. In and out in 45 mins and not one tear shed.

I’ve been coming here for a little over 2 years
And I can’t stress it enough that this business actually does care about their customers. From the front desk to the Doctor. This place is not a money mill. I had a horrible experience at my previous dental office before coming here. It’s a breath of fresh air to actually feel like they care about your teeth. The cleaning was a breeze. They were gentle and didn’t cut the sides of my mouth. They talked to me with ease through the entire procedure. And it was painless.

Let me just start out with I hate the dentist !!
But when I gave this office a try it was the best experience ever !! The girls in the front are friendly and honest. The whole office was clean which was a plus !!! There is several dentist that do different work and I came across all of them for different procedures !! Mind you it was years that I haven’t been to the dentist !!! Before they start any work they let you know step by step what kinda work you need to get done. Show you the proof and explain to you how your insurance works with the procedures you need done and work with you. The staff that works in the back are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable !! Leah and Liz in the front are very very nice I had all my wisdom teeth pulled out on a Friday and they made sure I was taken care of the whole weekend called made sure my healing process was going good !! My 6 year old is getting chemo and they took all the proper steps to treat him mind you he has a very low immune system they made sure everything was extra clean for him explained everything they were going to do to him!!! 5 stars all the way

The staff here are so welcoming! I went in for a wisdom tooth extraction and found out they also have affordable prices ! Thanks to this office, I’m pain free now.

I’ve gone to Pico Rivera Family Dental for six years and I love it. Everyone is so friendly and caring here. The office is clean and always kept that way. I never wait long for my appointment and I’m not there for a long time. They always address any questions or concerns I have. This is where I go for my every 6 month check up and because they were so great to me I also got my braces here as well. I recommend everyone to go here for any dental needs!

I would give this place zero stars. Don’t be surprised when you get a late fee even though you have paid in full

Super Friendly staff that makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door

Went here today after having extreme tooth pain figured it was a wisdom tooth. They pulled that and one other tooth out the only pain was the initial shots. The dr gave me Motrin 600 and said I really wouldn’t need it as the teeth came out clean. I was skeptical but it’s 7 hours later and I’m really not in pain.
The place is clean the staff is fantastic and friendly and they help out with payment options.

My first experience here was a fluke. I had transferred from another horrible dentist, and the specialist here took care of my emergency root canal and did a great job. Things went downhill from there. The last time I went, they refused to give me a cleaning, saying that I didn’t need one, even though I am supposed to get my teeth cleaned every six months at least. They merely polished my teeth. Then, when I mentioned that I had started getting a bit of a tooth ache, the dentist (a different one) immediately said I needed a root canal, even he didn’t say I needed anything prior to my comment. There are unethical practices going on here. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
