There is nothing there anymore except Corning, Leggs, & 1 other. There are very few outlets in Pigeon Forge anymore.

A wide variety of nice shops at average prices. If you’re a local and need great quality merchandise then this is your place, otherwise you have to drive to Knoxville for similar quality, which is not acceptable in my opinion. They have plenty of nice shops at great outlet store prices, and you won’t regret the experience either. The prices are much better than retail and if you’re into shopping and must do a bit while on vacation, then make Buda a first stop. Can’t beat the location and it’s an area with great restaurants, so why think about it, it’s a nice family area with a lot of good shopping.

Wow, this outlet mall is pretty sad. There aren’t many open shops and many of the storefronts are closed. We did go to a furniture store whose name I can’t remember, and it had very nice furniture. Overall I can’t see going again because there is barely anything here in the first place.
